These teeth are shorter than the carbide-tipped teeth. They hold up really good, they are used to clean the loose debris out from between the two carbide teeth. We have never had anyone to have an issue with him wearing quickly. If they do start to wear a simple fixes to weld a little hard facing back on the tip.
@@Iramatney ok. that makes sense. I have a large 37 hp mini skid steer 14 gpm @ over 3,000 psi. Could you guys make the 28 in. mulcher with a shroud that's open only in the front with a mini skid mounting plate. My machine would run this cutter great. It should be just as safe as my CID mini cutter. My blades are exposed close to 6 inches in front of the cutaway and I have never had an issue with flying debris. Many would argue that you need full track coverage but I don't find it necessary when cutting into larger material. You tend to make short passes and muich the material to the ground before driving further in. I don't see any reason why it wouldn't work
We are currently under a non-compete agreement with another attachment company until September. So we cannot produce anything for a skid steer or a mini skid steer until that agreement ends.
Does this mulcher use a piston motor?

How do I get one for a John Deere 35g mini ex

How many hours would you estimate before those clean out teeth are done with?
These typically last 300 to 500 hours according to the type of material going into.
@@RutMFG I was talking about the non replaceable teeth that are cut out on the blade carrier.
