Chip was a legend at Oregon. Literally inches here or there from winning a Natty and college football changed because of him. GG Buckeyes. SCODucks!
Chip hasn’t gotten it done against Oregon since leaving us, but I still miss him and wish he could be our OC. Buckeyes are lucky to have him.
Would love to see a rematch with these teams in the big ten championship
His biggest career mistake was leaving Oregon. He’s never accomplished anything since. He’s this generations Dennis Ericson.
If you’ve ever listened to an interview with him talking about his choices, he did exactly what he wanted to do. He’s happier now than he has been in years. He loves what he’s doing. It’s not always about having the grandest looking job. The best thing in life is doing exactly what fulfills us regardless of what anyone else may think about it.

I don't put this on the offense. Yes, they made mistakes with penalties. But the damage came from a defensive coordinator unable or unwilling to mix up the schemes, especially bringing blitz packages. In my opinion, that is what cost Ohio State the game.
He will be the next head coach when OSU loses to ichigan this year
