throw up chord charts in post. It help so much, and honestly, when I don't see them in instruction videos, I skip out and find another. Great video and nice instruction. I am zooming in trying to figure out fingers, when a simple chart in post, would help, and keep me on channel.

I just transpose the song to get F out of it. Same thing with B. I'm not music expert, I use software to transpose. For example, I transposed a song that was Dm, F, C, Dm by transposing to Em, G, D, Em. My singing is so bad that it does not matter what key I'm playing in. If I'm playing with a diva singer that insists on some weird key, I just use a capo. I did like your tip about putting the index finger between the fist and second strings. I do notice that you have a video for Bb, so you're hitting worthwhile topics.

Hi John, transposing is a good idea but maybe challenge yourself to get the F chord. If I can do it, you can do it!! It's a tough chord, especially as a full barre chord, but it is worth practicing. Have fun and thanks for your note.

For me, using the thumb on the sixth string makes it easier because it's a natural way of gripping things.
