No, some dumbass is pursuing a lawsuit against them, claiming that because they use titanium dioxide at all they are unfit, but the percentage used of titanium dioxide as colourant is within the FDA limitations, that is, below 1% of the food product, and no doubt European-sold Skittles will have it removed by the time the ban goes into effect. It just seems like someone screaming for attention.
I just read about it because I never heard of it before, I would say before you get cancer you would get diabetes from the copious amount of Skittles you have to eat to get cancer
😁 Another great video! I learned a lot about Thailand tribes I didn’t know very much at all about before! It was also very fun to “meet” the people in the tribes and see them react to foreign candy! I still say I wish I had seen the main narrator try some of their food, but was fun to watch regardless!
It’s not “Asia long neck tribe”. They are Kayan people from Myanmar and Thailand. And they are not totally isolated nor uncivilized. They do know modern technology. Please support our country Myanmar where tribes like them are oppressed and massacred on a daily basic by the military regime.
I've recently ordered a huge assortment of American candy I had never tried before and I got to say it was disappointing. I think many Americans would have their minds blown if they tried Belgian sweets, the flavors are similar but much deeper and more pronounced still. I did like the sour ones though, those were mostly excellent and comparable to ours.
Do you know how much honey is in a bottle of honey in America? (Definitely not 100%, not even 60 in some cases) so just remember, never expect anything from America in general
Me as a Thai person randomly coming across a vid of Karen tribes reviewing skittles : 😳?? I’ve seen these types of videos being done on people from other non western countries but never saw any from mine. I’m from bangkok so I already ate skittles lol. This is super cool tho. Also yeah while some tribes don’t eat snacks that sweet some can eat sweeter snacks made from rice and fruits and stuff and sugar have traveled throughout the world so they have tasted that before
Wow I actually had Karen refugees at my church (refugees from the Burma/Myanmar side of the border) and this is such a cool look into their traditional lifestyle. They dressed just like those in the first village shown, at least their shirts.
Im british but i really wanted to try american sweets so i asked my dad if on the way home he could get me something American, he comes home with twizzlers (don't know how to spell it) so i said "dad, these are American?" And he just said "yeah i think never seen them" and i decided to eat them and it tasted like i just licked a play box and then licked a sidewalk, i don't like twizzlers now.
i’m english and twizzlers shocked me too hahahahaha, i thought they’d be like those amazing pencils we have here with the white filling but instead they’re like eating rubber
We have Twizzlers in Canada, and I never liked them. And, I'm not usually picky about sweets. I've never heard anyone say it's their favorite. But, then again, someone must be buying them.
Sweet video! Everyone is so gentle with trying these things. They must be a super polite culture now, considering foreigners are always sticking cameras in their faces thanks to their unusual body modifications. I'm sure they make a lot of money off tourism, so they're very hospitable. Everyone seems pretty happy!
I’m pakistani and I’m living in Pakistan and then I remember there was this one time someone gave me candy I didn’t feel like having and then there was actually someone new who didn’t know about anything I offered it to them and luckily they were Muslim I understood them and they said “wow very sweet but kinda off” and it was act a gummy

It just seems like someone screaming for attention.
i just said the same thing lmao like do yall not see the news or at least the memes
@@CheNoriega haha they DGAF they just want them clicks/likes 😂
I just read about it because I never heard of it before, I would say before you get cancer you would get diabetes from the copious amount of Skittles you have to eat to get cancer

The candy videos are awesome. It's so funny and positive to see these surprised faces.🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂
LOL WHEN THE KID RODE THE ATV AND HE SAID HIS UBER WAS HERE I CANT😂😂😂😂😂 8:38
Same American candy was so disappointing and I come from the dreary UK. Twizzlers were the worst of them, like chewing rubber.
@@guser436 indeed, twizzlers tasted like nothing, literally.
I didn't even finish that one, simply threw it away after one bite
Do you know how much honey is in a bottle of honey in America? (Definitely not 100%, not even 60 in some cases) so just remember, never expect anything from America in general
@@Irokaj-backwards I damn well know something is on your body, in your home, or something you use every day. Stop with the bullshit.
Did you get to try and peanut butter candies? Those are probably some of the better ones.
I am Burmese and I’m so happy to see this video! I’m happy that you made a video with Thailand ppl and I appreciate it smh.

You should go to Sudan next I’m from Sudan and it’s a poor country I would love to see people in Sudan trying these
GOOD JOB IM FROM THAILAND AND I LOVE THESE CANDYS NOW I WAS COFUSED WHEN I FIRST CAME HERE

@Trickster Kitty #StopAnimalTesting m2
We have Twizzlers in Canada, and I never liked them. And, I'm not usually picky about sweets. I've never heard anyone say it's their favorite. But, then again, someone must be buying them.
I love how the tribes are welcoming to him💗
