The fact that the GW-9400-1 I’m considering made number 1 on this list, makes me want to go further to research further on it & save up money to pick it up.
$330 is not beans but for a durable watch that a man won’t be buying daily, it’s a good investment.
The 5610 does not have a triple sensor or compass or LED. It’s an EL backlight.
The gmw5610 most certainly does not come with a pressure senor, thermomerter, or a compass

I agree on the number 1 I have a 9400 I in black because i like a watch that is no non sense enclosed and does need a phone to be a working watch.
I honestly see this watch as a must have for any special forces , army, police ..the last thing you need is one more thing to be adjusting or charging . this watch is always spot on in time and could potentially get out of a forest if you know how to use a map , a compass an a altimeter.
Are you in any specialized military formation or why do you speak so highlight of the Rangeman?
I am about picking one up as my very first g-shock watch but wanted to make sure I’m not just going with hype or picking an outdated model.
@@1anre the 9400 is a perfect balance of utility and functionality. a G-shock will never be out dated.
If you want the upped model then get a Mudmaster GWG-2000 or a GWG-1000 . it is much more expensive and it serves the same functions as the 9400 but it is fancier and looks better. but if you want functionality then the rangerman 9400 is your watch.

I own 3 G-Shocks and they are so awesome but different at the same time! Models are GA-800SC-7A White with highlight green colored lettering and light button, looks great! Then I have my beater G-Shock which is the GW-2310 which has multi band 6 which I love for not having to adjust the time and also is tough solar! And last but not least is my DW-5600HR-1CR which is the classic design of the DW-5600 but with negative display & red lettering accents and black and red band! This watch I bought a year ago in Amazon for $69 and now they have gone up to $99! This 3 are great and you should give them a look 🙂

@@1anre You only need the phone to select the city for the tide graph and to create routes for the GPS navigation (the other GPS functions don't need a phone)

Frogman is the best
Thinking this was the budget list. All watches were below $500. Although I agree the Rangeman is a nice watch (I own one), the Mudmaster GWG-1000 (I also own) beats the hell out of any of the sub -$100 watches.

These are outdated as fuck u can get a decent smart watch for $100-200. G shocks are Overpriced and 90s technology shouldn't be priced more then $40 or less no matter the model.
