I'm having a small issue with a motor it's a 90cc it has a crap load of torque but no low-end power doesn't go very fast at all I have a 50cc that is faster I think it might have something to do with the clutch it's not fully engaging when the RPM's rice

thanks for the info mate ,iv only seen 2 on you tube with all manual clutch packs and yours the auto setup ,just what im after ,mines slipping so i gess there no adjustment ,just replace the worn out pads and springs gessing it be simlar to the 50 cc types that flog out ever week or so ..cheers ;)

BAWLS2894 sounds like gears arent conecting

If it is only happening in 2nd gear then it is likely a gear problem. You will have no choice but to open it up and take a look.

They sell two types of transmissions a single speed and the three speed semi-automatic the single speeds do not change but into one forward gear and then that's it these engines I think are made for little kids riding around the yard but for the adults that ride the 125cc small ATVs I would think the three speed semi-automatic would be what they would need because who wants to put around on a four wheeler doing 10 miles an hour my three speed gives me about 30 mph cruising speed and the engine don't sound like it's going to swing a ride to the side of the block

That "flywheel" is you variator assembly and starter clutch

no variator on this just a wet three shoe centrifugal clutch, the centrifugal clutch bearing looks fucked though

Has anyone had the cvt slip? In full throttle mine seems to jump in and out of gear its the automatic with forward neutral and reverse, thanks.

Did u find the problem. Mine has been doing the same thing I put all power in reverse but in forward its gutless and at high speed it sounds like it slips. And sometimes pops out of gear

Did you solve your problem? I have a Chinese atv that it does not have any power while begining to accelerate, but once it catches a little speed it accelerates reel good. I have no idea what's causing that power lose
