    You should use an open wrench not a socket when doing that so I that you can have the screw driver in and not lose the adjustment by tightening the nut

    Hi there thanks. I have a 125cc semi auto. The issue is prior to the bike being on I find it hard to get into neutral once i do find neutral it's good the bike moves freely forward. If i movie it up 1 gear then try and go back down back to neutreal I cant seem to find neutreal i sometimes have to play around going down up down till the bike moves freely forward. this is all while the bike is off. Will this clutch adjustment be the solution thanks

    What if when I put mine in gear it goes in every gear but is slipping when on the throttle like the more throttle I give it the more it won’t catch that gear?

    How would I tell of my clutch needs changing?...I have just bought a 50cc meerkat quad 4 stroke for my son. It's 4 speed semi auto but doesn't seem much quicker than his old 2 stroke 50cc? Runs quite lumpy when accelerating

    I have a 125 that doesn't have a clutch. When shifted in gear the bike wants to go without giving it gas and shifts really hard. Any info on how to stop it?

      @AF.256 3 роки тому +2

      The reason the bike goes without You giving it gas is the idle is set to high, you can adjust the semi automatic clutch by removing the two screws on the right hand side for the cover, then use a socket to loosen the lock nut, then adjust it as recommended if nothing works change engine oil/check

    My cart takes some time to get going. I've adjusted the clutch in many ways and the brakes are not hanging. It rolls in neutral very well. The best I can get it still has no power. It starts slowly and picks up steam, but when starting up any sort of hill, it gets louder but doesn't actually move faster (if at all). It's like the gears are just spinning and not hooking up. The longer you ride it, the hotter it gets and the worse it gets. The kicker is that it works much better in reverse. It will actually go, but terrible in forward.

      The dealer told me the clutch is bad. Brand new clutch! I bought the stuff on Amazon and tore it all down. Now need to put it back together.
