Thank you for stopping by my channel to see how I do the baggy method on my end. I've been doing this baggy method for a few weeks and it's AMAZING! Putting a plastic bag to the ends allows me to retain way more moisture. My ends have been doing great, and I can see a real difference with my hair and maintained a lot of length.
The baggy method will now become a STAPLE within my regiment. I wish I started doing it sooner.
There are a many different ways that the baggy method can be done so do what works best for you!

It’s just a preference for me, oils have made a drastic change to my hair and adding a bit to my conditioner just gives some added benefits, the oils get to penetrate the hair shaft even more
I always tell my girl that oil is not a moisturizer you need to add a lotion or leave in cream to get it moisturized. definitely trying this method sweetheart 🤗

I’ve been using my growth oil on my scalp then using my moisturizer on my ends and then I seal with grape seed oil. Now I’m wondering if I should use the oil first then seal with the moisturizing cream instead 🤔
Swap it around and see which works better. The fun thing about caring for our is that we can chop and change our routines until we find what’s best 😉
I do the entire head cap 😭Sometimes the hair comes out stinking because the head pores sweat too so I think the bun is enough

How many times a week do you do the baggy method?
Depending on how dry my hair is 2-3 times a week is enough for my ends

It all depends on what you prefer. I have never tried during the day or even in a wash day. But I’m sure it will still yield good results. Good luck
