The RE4 Randomizer can make the TMP OP!

The fun of the RE4 Randomizer is that you can change many things in a RE4 playthrough such as enemy placement, including bosses. This also includes what weapons appear in the merchant's shop along with their stats. What could be originally strong weapons can get nerfed or vice verca in my TMP's case. The exclusive upgrade gave it a firepower of 9.8, absurd for this thing; especially with how many bullets it can carry and how common ammo is.
