What are you guys’ thoughts on Plyometrics being used year round? I know some coaches do that whereas others Periodize them into 4 week blocks. Curious what Jacob thinks. Keep up the awesome work!

Jake's a great voice on here because he preaches training hard. It's insane how many people you see walk into the gym supersetting curls with instagram scrolling 5 days a week and never even break a sweat. Train like an athlete, look like an athlete. Sounds a whole lot more fun to me.

Our facilities closed quick when the corona.. Hit.. But kettlebells. Are usually most prevalent here at home type ish...
