High Volume Upper Body Workout (NO BARBELL)

    Here is the full workout:
    Warm-Up
    1. SA DB Snatches - 4x3
    2a. DB Incline Bench - 3x20-30
    2b. SA Bent Over Wide Row - 3x20 each arm
    2c. Trap 3 Y-Raises - 3x10 each arm
    Rest 90 seconds
    3a. SA DB Overhead Press Neutral Grip - 3x20
    3b. Double Arm DB Bent Over Row - 3x20
    3c. Face pulls - 3x20
    Rest 90 seconds
    You can break this into five-movement giant set into a couple of supersets if needed depending on your gym.
    4a. Decline Hammer Strength Bench - 3x20
    4b. 45 degree Hammer Strength Lat Pulldown - 3x20
    4c. Chest Fly - 3x20
    4d. Rope Straight Arm Lat Pulldown - 3x20
    4e. DB Shrugs - 3x20
    Rest 90 seconds

      What are you guys’ thoughts on Plyometrics being used year round? I know some coaches do that whereas others Periodize them into 4 week blocks. Curious what Jacob thinks. Keep up the awesome work!

    I literally just tried this. As a nearly 50 year old dude, this might be the way to go, for me. Would love to see a similar leg programme. Thanks alot

    Perfect timing! I am feeling pretty beat up right now so a change in routine will really push me to keep going! I would love to see a leg day similar to this as well!

    Jake's a great voice on here because he preaches training hard. It's insane how many people you see walk into the gym supersetting curls with instagram scrolling 5 days a week and never even break a sweat. Train like an athlete, look like an athlete. Sounds a whole lot more fun to me.

    Excellent content.. How about a leg day with kettlebell only, maybe show some traditional lifts with the kettlebell, every one doesn't have Olympic barbells.. At home.. Dubai bru.. Our facilities closed quick when the corona.. Hit.. But kettlebells. Are usually most prevalent here at home type ish...
