    Here I am in 2024 inheriting this book from my husband’s grandma. I went to UA-cam for some backlighting guidance with color pencil and lo and behold my favorite colorist is here to teach me!!!
    This channel has taught me so much since I started coloring well before 2020. I learned almost all my color theory from this amazing teacher. I’m so happy right now!!!

    A grid is an amazing idea. If I ever get the courage to try one of his pictures, I'll have to remember that! The dress looks great.

    That is looking fabulous. Coloring a Thomas Kinkade picture is so scary because of how he had the light comeing at the different angles. I find when I'm coloring cretin areas I hold my breath untill it's done. When your done it will look wonderful.

    I've had this book literally forever, it seems and have never knew how to color any of the pictures so I just waited. I'm so excited to learn these skills

    I figured id watch some videos on it before i start my Disney Dreams TK book...and yes its hard to paint,color etc and talk at the same time because there are a lot of times i hold my breath to stay in a line or get the right shape so id rather do voice overs too lol

    WHTIE OUT THE BLACK LINES(?) yes yes

    • @ColorMyWorld
      @ColorMyWorld  4 роки тому +1

      You must us a white that allows for the black to disappear but you can draw over it cleanly. The absolute best way is to make copies. White out the lines so you can see them slighly, make a copy and then the product you use won't effect the paper. That's the best way. If you can't, lately I have been using white ink instead of Posca. Just experience since I made this video. I did a video where I tested 10 different products and the inks were the best.
