This artist is so talented it boggles my mind at times. I remember a sleigh ride in the morning after a light snow . The windows are lighted in a home with children and dog playing along the walk. Light is spilling on to snowy street with sleigh tracks criss crossing . So beautifully composed with flocked trees disappearing in the near distance. Anything seems possible.in thomas' world

I'm from Glasgow, Scotland. When I was a kid, every Saturday my mum would take me into the Thomas Kinkade gallery at the mall & I'd get the girl to turn down the light so that I could see the glow...I was mesmerised! I've always loved his beautiful paintings, such a skilled artist! 💗

I could watch TK’s creative process for hours and days on end. Thank you for posting this. There’s a hole in the world since he passed. Such a loss.

Getting back to my painting as had put it aside for over 20 years. Now feel it will be a good way to stimulate creativity and find joy and peace in the creation of a painting. Thomas Kincaide has always inspired me and enjoyed the revelation of his process in producing his works of art.

I truly enjoyed getting to meet this gifted artist. I enjoyed and appreciated how he incorporates different mediums. I also, was happy to see his brush collection, I seem never to have enough. Next time I have the privilege to view his paintings I will have a deeper appreciation of his workmanship. Thank you for sharing.

So sad that we dont have this man on earth anymore to give people the feeling of comfort and warmth through his amazing artwork. I hope one of his daughter's has some of his talent and uses it brilliantly just like her father did.

He was a very good painter. I know any people find his painting kitschy. He painted other type of paintings too. But I love his ‘kitschy’ ones too.

Thomas Kinkade was a multimedia artist before it became popular. God Bless him.

I am wondering if he even painted these paintings. Never saw him finish one. His wife was heard saying during the divorce that her life would be ruined if found out his way of painting

I wasn’t a Thomas Kincaide fan, because his subjects weren’t of interest to me. However, I appreciated his talent, his paintings always had a beautiful glow. In my opinion it takes a lot of pretentiousness to hate another artists work. Eye of the beholder, & all. The art world is very pretentious though.

Some one was at my house and he said that his friend told him that Thomas kincade drank himself to death he locked himself in a room to do , I got angry and told this person how does he know that’s true , I said he can’t paint that great if he drank liquor.I said that he was stressed and had so much work to do he probably had a heart attack.

He painted the backgrounds for an animated movie in the 1980’s called “Fire and Ice”. That was his movie career.
