PARALLEL PATHS?? The latest on the A's and Las Vegas with Mick Akers

Checking in once again with Mick Akers of the Las Vegas Review Journal. When I want to know what's going on with the LV side of the A's Stadium Saga, I check out Mick. He's all over it. It's pretty quiet in Oakland. Is it equally as quiet in Las Vegas?
Also: Mick covered one of my favorite stories ever: the Area 51 raid and we both love skateboarding. He's a good dude.

Thank you for all the updates Casey. I’ve been following this saga from the first renderings lew wolf put out somewhere across the coliseum to no avail, then the Cisco field fiasco, I’ve been following my A’s since the 80’s I remember hearing Denver, New Orleans etc. I hope HT gets done I have so much invested in regards to memories. Really hope this happens, I also have a feeling if this thing was over the A’s would had pulled out already.

@@lanevalhalla9344 if it’s so close then why isn’t it done lol? And why do they have a big money investor with pull in Vegas and willing to give ownership. We keep saying this close but yet there’s a money gap that is no guarantee that it will be given in full.
