Would you be able to do a video about working around allergies or food intolerances? I'm dealing with hyperthyroidism which has impacted my exercise goals, but it seems that I've developed that because of a sensitivity to iodine, which is in dairy, poultry and other foodstuffs. So the likes of taking in nutrients from eggs and milk is not viable for me right now, and I'm sure others have issues that they need to work around.
Maybe I could write a post on this. Good luck with the hyperthyroidism. My sister actually suffered with hypothyroidism for years and then it cleared up on its own with no explanation. So there's always that possibility :-)
You forgot the 9-12 hours sleep (for humans, 18-20 hours if you are a lion). And if you do the gallon of milk thing, you'll be wise to increase your fiber intake considerably.
Milk does not increase HUMAN growth hormone. But, it does increase mammalian estrogen, because the milk was designed for baby cows. This increase your risk of cancerous tumors, lowers your testosterone, increase acne, and raise your chance of getting "bitch tits." People get big and strong fast from it, because it's high calorie/protein.
Grant's moving house at the moment but hoping he's going to be back in the game soon. Meanwhile I do have a little content on martial arts of my own coming soon :-)
Hey, I really liked this video and had a question about milk. I am lactose intolerance and I also hate the taste of milk so I can't force myself to drink it either, whey protein also (I've tried to force it and I just can't) I really think it would make a big difference in my ability to bulk, increase bone density, tesoterone etc. if I could. What is a truly good replacement for milk so that I can get the benefits of it without drinking it? Again great video 👍
hey bioneer, have you ever checked out phil darus channel? he trains ufc fighters apparently almost everyone whos been in ufc has been through his gym even just a week or two at some point lots of great lifting programs
I was putting on loads of muscle on keto whilst working out 3-4 hours a day Monday to Friday , so does that mean the amount of saturated fats counterscted the lack of carbs? I did notice that I HAD to sleep properly quit caffeine and drink 4-6 ltrs of water a day. Sorry just the carbs affecting testosterone surprised me .
I was actually at my biggest and strongest on keto, as well as traing about 3 hrs a day. I was on an extremely high protein and high fat diet. While I was performing very well, I realised that I felt so much better with carbs in my systen after my refeed days. I decided to quit keto entirely and, ultimately, it was the right choice for me. 3 years later, I train 30 minutes a day and eat plenty of carbs. I'm well on my way to overtaking my keto physique and I feel much healthier.
I know this insn't based in science, but in my experience higher testosterone and growth hormone (or really subsequent hormones) release, especially just after or during excersie, _greatly_ improves recovery. Being confident and calm during and just after excersie despite damaging the muscle at that moment or just before is sensible enough if you want to be more parasympathetic, and generally confidence and with it a calmness should be expected with higher testosterone, at least for me. So while the testosterone and growth hormone boost from larger muscle stimulation (rather if high stimulation for a relatively small muscle mass or stimulation for a large muscle mass or maybe even both) doesn't produce a long lasting effect, the ability for it to reduce your stress and in-moment need for rest has a very real effect on how fast you can grow muscle. This is mostly psychological in my experience as you need to remain calm and remind yourself and act as if the excersie, even when would be or is intense, is nothing, similar enough to a physical feat a man would do to impress a woman and with just as much confidence even in failure, this sort of stess management will allow you to train much more frequently and while it may take some people longer than others, you will definitely be able to train daily or more frequently, even so I would suggest taking a month or two off every now and then, 4 or 3 yotal months off a year (no less than 3 weeks I would think) is probably good, and rest & sleep well, as well as general stress management and confidence improvements so that daily life is less of a stess and thus more parasympathetic (well less anti-parasympatgetic anyways). The real issue is not being parasympathetic enough, _not_ training too frequently even if you're training an hour three times a day, though you may need a major mindset change before you can train frequently, which in itself requires psychological training.
Its not the fat in milk that's bad, its the sugar. Milk is crazy high in sugar. Try fairview ultrafiltered whole milk with DHA. They filter out the Lactose, and its roughly the same price as regular milk and it has 91grams of protien in 1 container and there is less sugar. Still too much sugar but you can get their reduced sugar blend.
muscles need saturated fats heart needs unsaturated, it depends what you are doing physically. its the transfats that are the worst however refined sugar is bad for you
Ive done the salmonella special that Tim Ferris wrote about in his book(4 hour body) and to be honest I did get pretty yolked. I think with age though regular cow milk affects me in the bathroom so im switching to raw goat milk if I can find it one day and they say 12 eggs a day can have the same effects. I would take two tsp of ceylon cinnamon a day for cholesterol levels and for the heart. Just to weed out the bad cholesterol. Im not a dietitian so be warned.

It does, light to moderate exercise like cycling, jogging or even walking can increase a healthy amount of protein synthesis from bloodflow without going too much into catabolic territory. Its actually quite relaxing to so its definitely more anabolic, its a huge de stressor.

I wanna be massive yet train for strength. Will training for 5 reps and bulking like crazy produce more dense packed muscle fibres?. I take beta blockers for anxiety which essentially slows the work of the heart. Will this effect any of my muscle gains?
I wouldn't expect them to have a massive impact. Being slightly sedated could potentially make you a little more anabolic? Though it can cause reductions in testosterone. It could likewise slightly reduce energy and strength during workouts. But it we're all different and if that's working for you then that's great and you can definitely work through it. Anxiety itself is also definitely not good for muscle. Just keep on training and experimenting with what gets results :-D Good luck!
Great video! I didnt know that working too hard may hinder the process... Questions to stay SAFE: What do you think of the 36 eggs diet? And could you do a video talking about this types of diets, the pros cons and general review of them? Like... Gomad, 36 eggs, and other tematic diets like those? I have a friend who wants to become huge... He is thinking about using steroids, he is not competing but he has set a goal, and he is the kind of guy that doesnt go too far if that is not his initial goal... He wants to gain at least 10kg of muscle, at most 30... Since he is already thinking of taking a risk like steroids, but he is not that much interested in shredding, he just wants to bulk up... Do you think trying something like gomad and 36 eggs would be less harmful for his body? Ps: i will send him and a few other friends this video, its great ñ_ñ
Got to agree with the other comments here, neither steroids nor 36 eggs are really a good option. I've not done a ton of research into the latter but that's a whole lot of fat and calories. Too much of anything is a bad thing. I'd expect weight gain, acne, stomach problems, and discomfort, and while he might gain muscle that's still going to require a tough gym routine. Has he tried weight gainers and the like? It's tough when you struggle to build muscle but patience and perseverance pays off in time. And if he's young, he'll likely fill out with age. As others have said, steroids can seriously mess up your hormone balance. Experimenting with different training routines (different cadences in particular) would be my first port of call.
@@TheBioneer thanks! He started about a year and a half ago looking like a noodle, he now looks way bigger, i guess he won at least 10 to 15 kg of muscle... But eggs, milk, meat, fish and soy is produced localy... Altho meat and fish are pretty expensive... But milk, eggs and soy is cheap... Having acces to those... How could he bulk the most with the least risk? When i was "bulking" i drank 2 glasses of milk, ate 250 of soy and 3 eggs a day, + my normal meals and i added about 3 to 5 kg, wich was enough for my goals, but he wants to add much more than that... How should he eat to get the protein and whatever else can help with the less risk possible? He wants to add at least 10kg in the next 6 months, wich doesnt sounds like much, but he got already pretty big, so... I dont know how eady or hard it would be...
Keto is very interesting and definitely works for some people. It's a massive commitment though and not something I can personal fit into my lifestyle (not to say I won't try it for a few weeks at some point). Eating carbohydrates will spike your insulin which will reduce your body's ability to draw upon it's body fat for hormone production and energy production especially if you're frequently eating [carbohydrate or protein in the presence of even a little carbohydrate] which means that your body is more dependant on it's glucose stores which emans every time you run low on glucose your body is forced to metabolize it's proteins to form glucose (since it can't as easily access it's body fat) and will especially take from energy expensive skeletal muscle as is logical if you want energy and also to reduce energy use, and it will be less able to produce testosterone among other hormones for faster better recovery, thereby it's not particularly logical to be carbohydrate dependant if as soon as you accidentally think too hard you start loosing muscle mass. Other than that, I personally feel much better and get better results when I don't eat carbohydrates or at least don't eat many (like 0 to 20 grams a day), and your body can take some fats (triglycerides was it?) and food sourced proteins (or yes, it's own proteins, in a restful state mostly defective proteins) and make glucose from them to refill your glycogen stores, and it's efficiency at doing so can increase to meet the demands of training frequently. I would suggest though that you eat at least 1 gram of adipose fat (or at least fat in general) per gram of protein, and preferably 3 grams of adipose fat per every gram of protein (though this isn't necessarily realistic and less _might_ be helpful for muscle building and body fat reduction), protein synthesis for new muscle skin connective tissue ect is an energy expensive process and I don't think 31 calories per tram of protein (including the protein's calories) is overboard, albeit you can build muscle on less _IF_ your body can readily access it's body fat, which requires low insulin levels and higher insulin efficiency (for building the muscle), and since carbohydrate or protein in the presence of carbohydrate ate the two latgest promoters of high insulin levels (and eventually low insulin efficiency) it would then again make more sense to greatly reduced or eliminate carbohydrates if you want to build muscle as efficiently as you can.
And while the lion example is fair enough, you also have to consider that lions do not eat many or any carbohydrates and they do not have a whole lot of body fat, further you must consider just how physically intense it is to fight another animal, sometimes larger than you, not only to kill it but also to bit die or get seriously injured yourself and it's perhaps more intense than almost any workout, and furthermore yet is that animal will feed you for a while, you can eat a lot of it at once in large chunks (since lions aren't exactly good at chewing) and have it slowly digest as a result, furthermore all of that animals fats can be stored in your adipose and you'll have energy for days if not weeks (even a low body fat percentage of 8% is a lot of energy that can last you weeks with low to moderate physical & mental activity).
I'm at a weird point where I'm not sure whether I should try to bulk or whether I should just go overall fitness. I'm a hard gainer and always wanted size, but I also want speed and flexibility. What would any of you recommend?
@Cat Dog I gotcha'. I've been focusing on strength more, but like I said, I'm a very hard gainer. And while I'm definitely seeing tremendous results as far as performance, appearance wise, I don't look much different except for my muscles being more refined and cut.
pardon my grammar, i hate phones this took me a long time to write but i know what im talking about, i plan on studying to be a nutritionist. ive started taking spirulina algae, its like a multivatamin and its 60% protein that is optimal for human use. every mineral and vitamin the body needs and the highest concentration of chlorophyl we have ever found. the only negative side effects of taking too much are possible dhiarrea and green poop. a proper diet will counteract that ofcourse, but its great in the morning instead of a multivitamin. you build enzymes for the day to digest all your food and its natural. as for the fact that it comes from the sea, i suggested spirulina because it is an algea, not a plankton like chlorella (which has been falsely mareketed as an algae, plankton does not grow a shell) spirulina grows a shell that can be taken off sort of like onions but on a microscopic level, these shells are actually grown in layers that stop unwanted bacteria and things like mercuray from taking their toll. algae was discovered in studys where they found out that stem cells can be produced in an adult human, we simply dont get the nutrient quantities we need. stem cells are kind of a blueprint cell that can be copied to make other cells. you can take pills or powder, i have it with my morning fruit smoothies. i still take protein shakes because muscle growth requires lots of protein, but there are types of fiber that have recently been discovered to break down in to protein with adequate amounts of stomach acids. i mean the fibers found in grain that everyone thinks are for your poop, and the stomach acids made from the vitamins we all need.
Be SUPER careful with creatine supplementation ya'll; when I tried it as a younger weightlifter I experienced dehydration much faster than without it. The amount of water it displaces can really creep up on you.
Carbs are used for energy unless you are on a keto diet. Try to get natural clean carbs. Fruits, vegetables, oats, sweet potatoes, etc. Not cookies, soda or potato chips. Also beer has alot of carbs so try to cut down on beer or drink hard liqour lol
Carb lovers are high energy, destined to crush the low carb/keto community with sheer endurance and more exciting food options. When Odin hung from the ash tree, he hungered not for avocado and bacon, but for a thick loaf of rye bread. Hence when I eat a bowl of oatmeal, the gods of agriculture grant me carb energy. It is not a chemical process, but a spiritual one. Science can not explain the power I gain.
To bodybuilders, carbs are a tool, like anything else. If you want to cut fat, drop your carbs intake to get a calories deficit. If you want to bulk, increase carbs to get a calories surplus. Fat and protein can remain the same. The life for muscle growth is between cut and bulk, and cut and bulk again... Each cicle get you a little more muscular.
I used to try to gain mass doing all kinds of weird stuff and eating weird foods without the fundamentals (vacuum food intake, sleep, volume). I gained more weight on a plant based diet than I did eating grassfed raw weird stuff that cost too much. Now I'm convinced that the secret is 5,000 Calories of cheap food per day/hour/minute, sleep and general non-minimalism.
There is a limit (given by miostatin) of muscle mass you can increase for a slice of time. If you overeat, even protein, beyond this limit you'll gain fat instead. Power lifters don't care, but bodybuilders do.
I'm a huge fan of creatine. I feel like it gets me more potential volume at the right intensity. Gaining too much fat isn't an issue since I tend to gain weight slowly and stay within a healthy bodyfat range. (if I limit anything, I just don't gain weight) flip side, I don't care about being ripped constantly. To me it seems like guys who are always ripped are never swole.
@@paduvazha5571 I wouldn't call it a "code" but pick a few types of meals you can eat several times a weak that are huge calorie bombs. Get good at cooking them. At minimum you should have a few breakfast options (ready in under 20 minutes) and something you can make batches of and meal prep. Like for me it's pancakes for a breakfast calorie bomb and burritos for a packable calorie bomb. I make the burritos with or without onions as a base but usually with 2-3 cans of beans (protein), several vegetables, cumin, chili pepper and salsa, on a tortilla with some avocado spread and spinach. Learn to fold the tortillas Mexican style and fry them one extra time on the seam (which you can wet a little) to make them hold shut. If you do snack foods, peanut butter sandwiches and nuts are nice quick and dirty options, but personally, I concentrate on the main meals and making them good. (also dates with a little peanut butter inside if you can get them cheap. be sure to price compare everything across all grocery stores) You should also have some method of tracking meals sometimes when you need it. if you want to get nerdy, you can use cronometer to measure all the macro and micronutrients, but I wouldn't use that nonstop since it requires precisely measuring portions. Once you get a few days of visuals of how much you need to eat, make it intuitive. If you eat curries, learn some different styles like Japanese with a homemade roux (beats that whole mem of throwing coconut milk on top of beans with "curry powder" and calling it a proper curry) Oatmeal with some protein powder or peanut butter (peanut butter is a godsend) - and when I'm lazy I do use instant oatmeal sometimes. If you cook tofu, freeze it and thaw it first, then cut into strips, press the water out and fry it, you can use a little bit of corn starch if you like. also don't forget liquid calories (shakes with peanut butter, bananas and whatever else you like) liquid calories let you get more calories than you would if you tried with only solid food. plus the shakes taste should taste great when you get a little experience at mixing them.

I love your videos man! This is absolutely stellar content and you’re really good at explaining complicated concepts in a very simplistic fashion. Again, thank you!!
I remember when I tried dirty bulking. McDonald every day and eating over 3500calories. Doesn't gain any muscles because all this shit goes to toilet. Right now I progress a little bit every month with good food. Don't do shortcuts guys.
Fun fact: too much protein in a non natural form (protein shakes or protein fortified cereals and the like) will cause renal failure in the long run. I know someone who was drinking 2-3 protein shakes a day for several years and she’s got really damaged kidneys now
That doesn't make any sense. After you get enough protein in your body, it just starts kicking out the excess. Did a google, turns out the reason isn't the excessive protein, its the waste products from processing the protein that is the problem.
if you want fitness to be a habit for life it doesn't always pay to be too goal oriented. fitness is about mental conditioning as well as physical. constantly pushing yourself to do more, more, more can lead to mental burn out.
Use compound lifts yes, but also use high reps on isolation moves to create pump. Compound first. Don't forget the less obvious muscles that help to fill you out. Try to hit each muscle group twice a week. Stay in a caloric surplus. Eat 1g of protein per 1lb of body fat. Rest and sleep hard. Avoid stress and things that get your heart rate up when not training. Take creatine. Hope that helps!
Do you really promote protein shakes? Many studies show they are bogus. Woudnt meat, eggs, fish chicken etc be a better protein source? Great content btw, i recommend eating raw eggs every day, (and raw meat and Milk If youre brave and have good source of quality produce).
What kind of studies are you reading? Simple whey and casein protein shakes are easily digestible by your body and supplement your protein nutrition in a decent and healthy way. Of course they should not be used as a complete replacement for whole foods since they tend to just give macronutritions (protein and carbs) but your body needs micronutritions as well (vitamins, fiber, etc.). In a nutshell, Protein shakes are legit in that they provide you with a decent portion of protein in an easily consumable form.
Ethan Brogan regular salmonella doesnt live inside an egg. Wash the outside of the egg, and buy highest quality local eggs (shoudnt be too expensive), i have never gotten ill even though there are viruses that can live inside the egg but are extremelly rare (atleast in my countrys local eggs) with chance of like 1 in 20 000 getting severely ill from eating a Fresh (not rotten) egg. It is safe, or atleast as safe as eating is. (Dont eat fish and chicken raw please :D, exept sushi maybe ).
Egg whites contain high levels of avidin, a protein that binds biotin strongly.. You can develop biotin deficiency by consuming raw egg whites over a period of months to years.
The reason why heavy steroid abusers use high reps is because they cant get near heavy weights without snapping up. Their size is complemented. With site enhancement and untested peds could just keep giving you biginner gains which are triggered with pretty much any stimulus so a natty shouldnt really be fallowing their training
Bulk like a Lion, why not eat like a Lion? --> the Carnivore Diet. I heard that this diet is a game changer. It takes about 3 weeks for your body to get used to the only meat diet (and animal products like milk, yogurt, cheese...). I 'd like to try this diet because of all the good reviews but it's an expensive diet (You gotta buy a lot of meat). What do you think? @The Bioneer
as someone who wants to be a nutritionist id like to start of with our teeth. half are designed for plants, half for meat and most of my molars have been yanked i cant even eat steak thats not well done. vitamin E is extremely important for bones joints myscle growth plus you cant build lung cells without it. meat is mostly vitamin a i dont know of any meat sources for it off the top offmy head but i know nuts and green veggies do.
Jonathan Torhjelm I totally understand man, we Homo sapiens are technically designed to have an omnivorous diet, however the body is capable to adapting to any diet due to environmental changes and other types of change such as shortages in a specific food source. Due to the lack of carbs the body becomes very efficient with fats and proteins and the body can do very well with "low" amounts of vitamins and minerals. I'm no expert, I'm just a nutritional advocate like yourself. I have been trying all types of diets and a couple of days ago I started the carnivore diet. I read about the profound benefits of the diet and I was surprised by the results people achieved. I also noticed how predators do so well with a meat only diet, it's because they are designed to do well with it and because they get all their needed vitamins and minerals from the foods they eat. The herbivores eat plants to get their needed sources of micronutrients. So one takes from the other. The human body is amazing because it can adapt to change so well. I will send you a good video of what I learned about this diet.
Jonathan Torhjelm don't worry man, I'm also stuck with my phone. The diet mixture of both veggies and meats is a good, solid diet (no lie). I just wanted to try something else to see what I can achieve with it (and be like a Lion lol).

Great video but I am somewhat afraid of taking caffeine protein before going to sleep. Won't it keep me awake?
I really liked this channel 😁
Hey, I really liked this video and had a question about milk. I am lactose intolerance and I also hate the taste of milk so I can't force myself to drink it either, whey protein also (I've tried to force it and I just can't) I really think it would make a big difference in my ability to bulk, increase bone density, tesoterone etc. if I could.
What is a truly good replacement for milk so that I can get the benefits of it without drinking it?
Again great video 👍
Human breast milk, goat milk.
tofu
hey bioneer, have you ever checked out phil darus channel? he trains ufc fighters apparently almost everyone whos been in ufc has been through his gym even just a week or two at some point lots of great lifting programs
How were you tracking your lean body mass?
I was actually at my biggest and strongest on keto, as well as traing about 3 hrs a day. I was on an extremely high protein and high fat diet. While I was performing very well, I realised that I felt so much better with carbs in my systen after my refeed days. I decided to quit keto entirely and, ultimately, it was the right choice for me. 3 years later, I train 30 minutes a day and eat plenty of carbs. I'm well on my way to overtaking my keto physique and I feel much healthier.
Great info mate!! 👍
good video man. Sapiens is such a good book, have you finished it yet. thoughts?
Non sleep deep rest after exercise eg through meditation can be very helpful for initiating parasympathetic response
Can you do more animal topics and methods like wols and Gorillas.
Does anyone know the name of the video where he talks about having your abs visible at 10% body fat?
thanks bro!
You are welcome!
Alsor raw kefir is good to switch to
If gomad is too much fat per day, then what of low(ish) fat gomad?

I don’t know anything about this but lately I’ve been taking up vaping nicotine drops and every time I complete a couple of sets I take a hit or two of nicotine and I’ve notice an increased desire to workout I was just wondering you thoughts on this. It does, light to moderate exercise like cycling, jogging or even walking can increase a healthy amount of protein synthesis from bloodflow without going too much into catabolic territory. Its actually quite relaxing to so its definitely more anabolic, its a huge de stressor.
I believe I was promised a ninja training video just saying
Oh it's coming! I've read like 20 books leading up to it...
I don't watch him anymore, but Omar Isuf would say "train like a beast, eat like a king, sleep like a bum."

Do Body Blade, balance, squats, walk every day, occasional fast. Not a fanatic but right on the edge, lol.

Just keep on training and experimenting with what gets results :-D Good luck!
just go off the blockers
Cardio during a bulk?
Great video! I didnt know that working too hard may hinder the process...
Questions to stay SAFE:
What do you think of the 36 eggs diet?
Don't let your friend ruin his hormonal natural balance taking steroids. If he really need something, try SARMs instead.
He is very tall, and he wants to look wider because of that... Im not sure if he tried those...
Also, are SARMS really less dangerous than steroids?
@@TheBioneer oh, i forgot... We live in a small town in the middle of nowhere, its pretty hard to get things here, but we sometimes go to the city...
This was great thank you

Any thoughts on the Keto or Carnivore diets?
Keto is very interesting and definitely works for some people. It's a massive commitment though and not something I can personal fit into my lifestyle (not to say I won't try it for a few weeks at some point). The carnivore diet I'm really interested in because it is so out there, but I need to do more research. What I've Learned has a great video on it.
@@TheBioneer I've seen that vid!
Someone else you may wanna check out is a channel named "Frank Tufano", he's a raw-carnivore and has plenty of vids explaining the nutrition benefits behind it. (he also has plenty bashing veganism, but with reason)

@Cat Dog I eat three meals a day minimum, five maximum.
@Cat Dog Alright, I'll keep daily tabs on them calories from now on.
Thank you very much for the advice, b!
Well the bioneer is pretty damn bulky and athletic
What do you think about doing a 'How to develop skills like a shinobi' video? As in the real shinobi from ancient Japan.
This doesn't work for me. If i bulk too much i lose speed and can't catch the antelopes.
Haha true! But maybe if Mufasa had bulked a little more he'd still be with us...
pardon my grammar, i hate phones this took me a long time to write but i know what im talking about, i plan on studying to be a nutritionist. ive started taking spirulina algae, its like a multivatamin and its 60% protein that is optimal for human use. every mineral and vitamin the body needs and the highest concentration of chlorophyl we have ever found. the only negative side effects of taking too much are possible dhiarrea and green poop. a proper diet will counteract that ofcourse, but its great in the morning instead of a multivitamin. you build enzymes for the day to digest all your food and its natural. as for the fact that it comes from the sea, i suggested spirulina because it is an algea, not a plankton like chlorella (which has been falsely mareketed as an algae, plankton does not grow a shell) spirulina grows a shell that can be taken off sort of like onions but on a microscopic level, these shells are actually grown in layers that stop unwanted bacteria and things like mercuray from taking their toll. algae was discovered in studys where they found out that stem cells can be produced in an adult human, we simply dont get the nutrient quantities we need. stem cells are kind of a blueprint cell that can be copied to make other cells. you can take pills or powder, i have it with my morning fruit smoothies. i still take protein shakes because muscle growth requires lots of protein, but there are types of fiber that have recently been discovered to break down in to protein with adequate amounts of stomach acids. i mean the fibers found in grain that everyone thinks are for your poop, and the stomach acids made from the vitamins we all need.
Nice sir
I have insulin resistance,I'm having a very hard time losing weight 😞😞😞
Be SUPER careful with creatine supplementation ya'll; when I tried it as a younger weightlifter I experienced dehydration much faster than without it. The amount of water it displaces can really creep up on you.
Yeah you do need to drink more water with creatine. Most creatine products would/should say this on the tub.

So carbs...are good or bad?please respond soon lol
@@theItalianshamrock ah so theres good and bad carbs
@@uexkeru haha I'll thank the gods for oats then thanks!
Each cicle get you a little more muscular.
serious strength by peter ragner discusses this
Testosterone level depends upon the Fat-Muscle percentage and not how much carbs we eat.
NIGHTWING TRAINING!!!
you are cool and smart. thanks....
@@uexkeru Bro can you give me a cheat code food meals to increase calories to gain weight I'm skinny and weak
(also dates with a little peanut butter inside if you can get them cheap. be sure to price compare everything across all grocery stores)
You should also have some method of tracking meals sometimes when you need it. if you want to get nerdy, you can use cronometer to measure all the macro and micronutrients, but I wouldn't use that nonstop since it requires precisely measuring portions. Once you get a few days of visuals of how much you need to eat, make it intuitive.
If you eat curries, learn some different styles like Japanese with a homemade roux (beats that whole mem of throwing coconut milk on top of beans with "curry powder" and calling it a proper curry)
Oatmeal with some protein powder or peanut butter (peanut butter is a godsend) - and when I'm lazy I do use instant oatmeal sometimes.
If you cook tofu, freeze it and thaw it first, then cut into strips, press the water out and fry it, you can use a little bit of corn starch if you like.
also don't forget liquid calories (shakes with peanut butter, bananas and whatever else you like)
liquid calories let you get more calories than you would if you tried with only solid food. plus the shakes taste should taste great when you get a little experience at mixing them.

I love your videos man! This is absolutely stellar content and you’re really good at explaining complicated concepts in a very simplistic fashion. Again, thank you!!
I wouldn't really say that part about isolations is correct as natural and enhanced athletes should really train differently.

I am usually either going all out or resting lol.
Can someone summarize this for me? I’m confused
The Bioneer thank you!😂

Wait cock and ball torture is good for rest? I thought it'd be an incredibly stressful activity, welp, time to give it a try then
Do you really promote protein shakes? Many studies show they are bogus. Woudnt meat, eggs, fish chicken etc be a better protein source? Great content btw, i recommend eating raw eggs every day, (and raw meat and Milk If youre brave and have good source of quality produce).
What about salmonella

+Jonathan Torhjelm pardon my grammar phones are annoying to me but im too broke for a computer
