Tried them and they were perfect! Thank you for this recipe!
Thank you so much for trying it! I’m happy they worked out for you! You’re very welcome ☺️
I converted this recipe!
3 Cups + 2 Tbsp flour, 2.5 Tbsp sugar, 1.75 tsp salt, 1Tbsp + 2 tsp butter, 1.25 Cups milk, 2.25 tsp yeast (or 1 packet). 356 degrees F for 20-25 mins
🙌🏻 Thank you!
Thank you
500g is closer to 4 cups, not 3. I looked it up many times, wonder how you got three and 2 tbsps.
European measurements >
Mine comes out like cookies
This recipe is foolproof. Quick and easy and comes out perfect every time.
Thank you!
Straight to the point, nice! So many videos 25 minutes, tedious unnecessarily long and detailed.
Thanks mate 👍🏻
Didn't feel like going through the hassle of kneading brioche buns by hand this time around, and this recipe was the perfect alternative. The buns are soft and delicious!
I used some diy ring moulds while baking for extra height 😊
Thank you for sharing!
.....now back to my burger 😅✌️
Thank you so much! I’m really happy that this recipe worked out for you. Thanks for watching 🙌🏻
Ok so I made this but for some reason it came out not as soft as yours was mine was like very heavy I used best bread flour and followed everything you did could it be the temp in my house anyways I’m just now sticking them in the oven and pray lol thanks for this recipe
Yes it could be the temp or maybe need to leave the dough to prove a little bit longer. Let me know how the work out! Fingers crossed for you! 🤞
I tried this recipe today, everyone loved it. I didn't use butter & milk. Just water. Thanks for the recipe.
That’s great, thanks for trying them out!
Did you use the egg?
Dang those look nice
Thank you 🙌🏻
Dude I tried this recipe and it turned out really good. The only thing is I had to bake for a little bit longer until I reach this golden brown color. But it's easy and foolproof as I need everything in kitchen to be 😅
Thanks mate, glad it worked out for you! Enjoy!
Ty so much im not the best cook but i wanted to make a buffalo sandwich and i had no more burger buns this recipe helped wonders :)
No problem thanks for trying out this recipe!
Kitchen scale is genius! No two people measure the same. Weighing ingredients is foolproof every time ❤ I bought a scale during the lockdowns to make sourdough starter & breads bc I never had consistent results. Now it’s the same every time I cook. $12 on Amazon or a store bought scale is good 😊 no more frustration.
I totally agree!
These look so good! Will have to wait until I buy a scale to try this. I know it sounds bad but I'm used to measuring cups and spoons. I'll do better 🙈
Thank you! I’m sure they will be worth the wait. Thanks for watching 😊
Simple and easy to understand tutorial.
Great job.
Thank you
wow , they were honestly some of the best my kitchen has ever seen ! Thank you !
Thank you! I’m glad you enjoyed them 🙌🏻
I made this! It turned out great! Thank you!
That’s awesome! Thank you for trying them out, I’m glad you enjoyed them 👍🏻
Thanks I wish I had yeast like you cuz my buns flattered (if it a right tearm)
😅
Easy and quick❤❤
Hey! Can you please tell me an alternate to egg wash that makes the buns looking just as golden? I don't like the smell of egg
Try a little bit of milk with a pinch of sugar or drizzle of golden syrup in. It will add a nice shine, not quite as much ass egg but still nice. Hope this helps 👍🏻
OOOO Thats so cool let me try it!
Give it a go 👍🏻
omg my first like by creator ever im trying it now!
@@christine_kawaii_boba1388 Let me know how it works out for you! Have fun
OMGGG ITS SO SOFT AND DELICIOS SO TASTY MMMM 10 OUT OF 10!
IF COULD I WOULD LIKE.... 9999999999 OUT OF 10
Can i bake them without sugar?
Yeah sure, they will still work fine.
Thank you ❤
You’re welcome 👍🏻
Beautiful
Please I need the receipe
Thanks you, the full written recipe is in the video description. 👍🏻
what can I use instead of egg?
You can use milk with a little sugar in. This adds a nice shine.
thanks
completely free of toxic seed oils
it is perfect
thank you for this tutorial
You’re welcome! Enjoy!
I use this recipe everytime
Thank you!
Mouthwatering. 😉
Thanks 🙏
Can we use anything else we can use instead of egg for brushing?
You can use milk with a little sugar in. This adds a nice shine.
Thank you 😊
@@bharadwajramakrishna5327 you’re welcome
Are the black seed nigella seeds?
These are black sesame but nigella seeds are great for this 👍🏻
❤
🙌🏻 Thanks!
Making this tonight, thanks man!
You’re welcome. Enjoy!
@@PinchofMintCookingChannel actually going to make it right now, too excited 🤣
@@mikulugames love it! Let me know how they go!
Just made the dough, it wasn't sticky like yours, but quite hard and solid, hoping it will come out alright 🙃
I used cake wheat flour, is that the problem?
@@mikulugames I used strong bread flour but don’t worry it should soften up after you prove it. The problem is all different flours absorb different amounts of water so sometimes you might need to add an extra splash of water or less water depending on the flour type. Fingers crossed they work out for you!
What can l use to substitute the egg wash
Milk with a little sugar dissolved in works well.
Hi, can I try this recipe with wheat flour?
Then how long i need to knead the dough
Hi, yes absolutely. Knead it for the same amount of time 👍🏻
So baked at 180⁰..do you need to preheat it first or no?
Yes, always preheat your oven before you cook anything 👍🏻
@PinchofMintCookingChannel how do i preheat ?? Its my first time using an oven🥲
@@Yogis03 switch it on to the temperature you want and wait for 10 minutes before you start cooking.
Is there any substitute for eggs 🤔
Yes, dissolve a little bit of sugar in some milk. That works really well to glaze the buns.
Can I just bake the buns and the patty at the sametime
I would bake the buns in advance and toast/warm them through before serving.
Do I need to let it rest those 30min after the egg?
Yes that is the final rest and rise while it’s in the correct shape. You could bake straight away but you’ll have a much denser bun. Thanks for watching
Good receip
Thank you 🙏
Didn’t work for me. Maybe it’s the yeast quality😢. Will try again. Thumbs up for the up to the point video
Thank you. I hope it works out for you next time!
@@PinchofMintCookingChannel changed flour (to 12,7% protein) and yeast. The buns came out perfect 👌. Great recipe ❤
@@Taras-ze8cu Awesome, so glad the worked for you. Thanks for trying it out!
Please someone give me the recipe because I can not keep up with what he does and puts in on the video,is there a recipe anywhere on here that I'm missing?thanks
Hi, there is a recipe in the description of the video. But here it is incase you can’t find it.

Hi I’m so sorry I just figured out how to long press the video and click on description lol
But thank you for doing this I appreciate it ❤
What is strong flour?
It’s bread flour with a higher gluten content. Thanks for watching
You shouldn't flour the surface for kneading. Good recipe other than this
I would usually use oil, water or nothing at all. The aim is to make it as simple as possible for people at home. Flour alters the recipe but does make it easier for people that are not used to bread making. Thanks for watching 👍🏻
I like your attitude
Thanks 🙏
I’m late but Tysm for this recipe ❤
You’re welcome ☺️
rather click add to cart and save an hour or two of my day
Fair play, cooking it’s not for everyone.
👍👍👍👌👌👌 but we have no
👍🏻🤙🏻
Dont put salt and yeast on top of eachother it will kill the yeast
It doesn’t kill it, it slows it down. It would take a long time with direct contact to kill it.
@PinchofMintCookingChannel after a quick Google search you seem to be right! Very interesting
Didnt even know onion had seeds 😅
😂😂
Wait
*ONIONS HAVE SEEDS*
AKA Nigella Seeds 👍🏻
As an American, hearing all the measurements in grams like:🥵🥵
😂😂 my apologies
Any good baking recipe should be in grams. You can buy a little scale for like 10$. It makes everything way easier and more precise. But with small measurements like 7g of yeast or something it’s still usually better to use the volumetric measurement. But yea basically American bakers would use grams too
Use grams is infinitely easier
How I do it
Go to supermarket 💀
👏 👏
I’m allergic to yeast and i can make the burger buns without yeast in it
Unfortunately these burgers buns won’t rise without yeast in them.
@@PinchofMintCookingChannel Really and i was just starting to like it but i am planning to stop eating bread that contains yeast in it and I want to get spelt bread
@@phinaexis981 Yes I’m afraid it will just turn out like a rock without yeast. There may be recipes out there but at the moment I don’t have one. The closest thing I do is a soda bread where the yeast is replaced with bicarbonate of soda. But I don’t thing it will work well for this recipe.
