Letourneau spoke out after and discussed what he want to do in this off-season to help his game progress to the next level. Joonas Korpisalo and Max Jones has both spoken out about joining the Boston Bruins this off-season and what fans should expect to see from them. Korpisalo has put last year behind him and is ready to prove everyone wrong. Filip Zadina is still a free agent who has a lot to prove in the NHL but also a lot to offer. Could the Bruins be the right spot for him to sign?

Korpi played well in LA because they’re a well structured team. Boston produces good goalies because they play well structured hockey. When you don’t face 20 high danger chances a night it does wonders for numbers. Boston has had great goal tending for 15 years go figure there when coach Bob showed up

Nope, he's never shown a sign. It's 2024 guys you can actually go back and watch entire games he played for Detroit and San Jose and multiple of them. Youth or coaching aside he's not an nhler, bit an ahler or khler. Harsh yes, honestly even more

It’s mind boggling how many fans don’t read up on our team understanding RFA/UFA, cap, roster, who’s out on the market possibly, as well as just how much backups actually make in the NHL, not to mention look at what Boston did with Zacha he was a 6th overall like zadina, had a few better seasons obviously than zadina did but not by a whole lot he had no season with 40 or more points and now he’s almost a 60 point player maybe they can bring zadina in unlock his potential he’s only 24 turn his career around like they did Zacha and get him on a cheaper deal, I’d like to see him get brought up with marchy if possible and coyle, even if it’s just 3-4 games give him a chance to play with them, hell even do a czech line and slot lindholm on line 2 with marchy and poitras or something
I may be being biased too I watched him live when he came and played my Moncton wildcats, but we’re finally loaded back up for a big run this year hoping the bruins can do the same hahaha

Goalie bob worked with korpisalo in la, those were his best numbers in la. Bob will bring him back. Bob made ullmark a stud. I wish ppl woukd stop whining and have some faith in tbe moves made. Playing behind a great defense, locker-room, system with a team that wins a lot can up your game. Of course, working with Coach Bob is an additional bonus. Yeah, Dean is an athlete who is great at hockey. It will be exciting watching his highlight from BC, as well. Ya just can't trade for players like that, particularly in their prime.

I think you have some good information that you try to put across. But your diction and the rapidity with which you speak completely degrades your presentation. You need to consult someone who understands auditory presentations. If I could type half as fast as you speak, I would be very happy. Your sense of urgency in putting out as many words as possible and as short a period of time is highly misplaced. Try looking up the word terse in the dictionary.

I mean actually Ullmark was like a 917 each of his last two season with Buffalo. What Bob did was help him reel his game in so he's less likely to get hurt but I don't think he became a better goalie. As a rule thats what Bob does. He reigns guys in. He gets guys to play a simpler game. But he doesn't work miracles. He's never turned a junk goalie into a great goal. See Svedberg. He's taken good goalies and help them refine. Korpi is by far the biggest project he's ever attempted to fix. I don't think it's going to prove fruitful. Do I think he'll get Korpi to be around league average? That would be a big victory. Hell if he can get him back to .900 that would be something. Of course the issue with that is you have to kids in providence who could have likely already done that and for less than a third of the price. There's pretty much no scenario where the Korpi move works out. Best case it killed your goalie pipeline for a mediocre goalie. Worst case it killed your goalie pipeline for a terrible goalie who's contract is a band for 4 seasons.
Letourneau will put some weight on his frame and he woul be perfectly fine in the future
It will be fun to watch him develop at B.C., my favorite college hockey team too.
He’ll have very limited opportunities to play in a Bruins net.
The reason Korp was brought in, was to be the starter because, Swayman will not get what he wants from Sweeney, and will sign with another team after July 15.
