The melt in suncreen lotion is different in the EU so I don't know how it compares to the USA version but MAN IS IT GOOD! It doesn't irrritate, it doesn't leave a cast, it is moisturizing, it doesn't sting around the eyes..and it lasts forever. I reccomend everyone to check it out.
I also love their Toleriane Double Repair moisturizer. I think Dr Dray had recommended it in a past video. I used to stay away from "basic" moisturizers because I thought I needed to pack as many actives as possible into my routine, and I had persistent redness. I'm so glad I started following Dr Dray' less is more approach! The Double Repair moisturizer is honestly one of the most pleasant moisturizers I've ever used, which I didn't really expect because of the "clinical" look of the tube. The texture is very elegant and it's not at all heavy, although it does a great job at moisturizing dry skin. Totally recommend that one if you have dry or sensitive skin but don't like overly rich textures.
Completely agree! It’s the one moisturizer I keep going back to year after year because it works so well for me. So good for dry skin without being heavy.
Thank you for this video Dr. Dray. I love, love, love this line of skincare. Whenever I overdo the Retin A, the Cicaplast Baume is like an overnight miracle cream. They have that Lipikar balm in a giant pump bottle, well... giant... 500ml (edit: oops, it's "only" 400ml). ;) I have used La Roche Posay in the past, when I was struggling in my 20s with hormonal acne and they are nice.

Btw after the current Korean Sunscreens scandal i really stocking up on lrp shaka fluid for the spring 😂 Edit: I know he managed to hit the jackpot with the teen audience but as 30 yrs old man i couldn’t care any less.
I really don't understand the hype around Hyram tbh. You can tell his knowledge regarding skincare is very limited considering his qualifications and age ofcourse. Demonizing ingredients and brands makes people feel bad about what they've been doing their entire lives and working just fine. Not everyone can afford Korean beauty and those new hip brands with hundred ingredients and what not. My skin has been doing just fine these 31 years with my tret, Neutrogena sunscreen and moisturizer no thank you
I feel you! I got so angry with that video!!! LRP has one of the best sunscreen in the market and Hiram just trashed because he thinks it's bad for coral reefs, which BTW,it is not!
Adapolene has purged my acne for 2 days and it did cause irriatation and peeling but the skin underneath has become so smooth and bright. My pores have shrunk! I also use LRP gel face wash.
I love adapolene! Inexpensive, and after a year of use, my skin looks good...even at my age. Miracle? No, I still have wrinkles and sagging, but I look better, younger. Will try the balm!

Many of my current favorites. I had a bad experience with a new cleanser I tried. I switched to the cream cleanser, I use the cicaplast baume in the evening over the aveeno oat serum & the toleraine moisturizer in the day under sunscreen. Amazing!
I have dry skin and atopic dermatitis and had been using Clarins’ gentle line for years. Unfortunately I heard that it’s being discontinued so I started hunting for a new face moisturizer to try. I was nervous to try LRP and basically ANY other brand because I had even reacted to products by big brands that specifically target sensitive skin. But wow LRP’s toleriane line was perfect. No irritation at all. Calmed my skin. I’d say even better than my old clarins product.
I am 50 yo dude with super dry fair skin and the Anthelios Melt-In Milk sunscreen is my winter time facial sunscreen. Great stuff. In hotter months I usually use a korean sunscreen from The Face Shop that is a little lighter. Tip: If you have a healthcare flexible spending account, you can use those funds on sunscreen.
When I emailed Laroche Posay a question regarding the Anthelios 60 Melt-in Sunscreen Milk, they wrote me back, saying that this product has been discontinued. That was on April 24, 2021. There's still some of it out there, so buy it if you want it.

I happen to be blessed by having the LRP Toleriane Ultra Nuit on my face right now ... The shine is real 🌞🌟
The cicaplast baume helps my psoriasis so much. I had a flare up on my face and it has improved so much from using this
I'm always using the Cicaplast baume around my eyes, it's so great for this sensitive skin area!
Lovely greetings from Germany!
Hi I'm using the cicaplast baume too but mine says not to use around the eyes! Not sure why but just thought to share x
So you‘re right! But somehow it helps my skin ^^ Maybe I will reduce it so thanks again
So good for dry skin without being heavy.
can you tell me if you recommend that one over the lipikair ap+ or the toleraine ultra?(:
Im so proud of myself that i have products that Dr Dray recommends😄
Thank you for this video Dr. Dray. I love, love, love this line of skincare. Whenever I overdo the Retin A, the Cicaplast Baume is like an overnight miracle cream. It restores my damaged skin quickly. I also use their Hyalu B5 serum (shhhhh, I know it has fragrance). Thank for reviewing some of their products I haven’t tried. Heading to Amazon.
Im using 7of all product mention. Depends on skin condition.
And my skin have so much improvement.
Never switch to other product anymore.
The Toleriane line is my fav! Walgreens usually has some good LRP deals (BOGO) a few times a year.
My skin cracks and bleeds after eczema flare ups. And that cicaplast helps a lot!! LRP is kinda expensive but is actually nice
They have that Lipikar balm in a giant pump bottle, well... giant... 500ml (edit: oops, it's "only" 400ml). ;) I have used La Roche Posay in the past, when I was struggling in my 20s with hormonal acne and they are nice.
God i still remember when i got super angry on the LRP video from hyram, literally stopped watching his videos since. Btw after the current Korean Sunscreens scandal i really stocking up on lrp shaka fluid for the spring 😂
Edit: I know he managed to hit the jackpot with the teen audience but as 30 yrs old man i couldn’t care any less.
Lol literally same!!
My skin has been doing just fine these 31 years with my tret, Neutrogena sunscreen and moisturizer no thank you
@@unnati_Singh26 Not just that, he is also hypocritical... Just search Hyram hypocrite and watch the video.
yup. his audience are all kids who are easily impressionable. its sad
Yes! it is my go to retinoid! I have oily acne prone skin and even after 6 months I have noticed a difference.
I love this brand just that it’s expensive and my favourite is handsdown the cicaplast baume
It’s expensive in the US. In Europe it’s cheap.
@@mikahebda9255 in its more expensive in europe and only found in pharmacy
@@Faraaaaazthe small cicaplast baume 5 is £7.50 at Boots and the large size is £14.00. In Chicago you were looking at $15.00-$30.00 depending on the product. Most La Roche Posay sunscreen can be up to $40.00.
@@mikahebda9255 the cicaplast b5 baume is $15 on amazon and the sunscreen range from $20 to $30 on amazon while in europe they are way more expansive but they do have a different formula there
@@Faraaaaaz The Shaka fluid both tinted and untinted are in Boots for a little less than €15 now-normal price €19.99, so no idea why you think it's more expensive. It's produced in France so that makes it cheaper for us here in Europe than imported into the US.
Most used brand in France (with Avene) ! Thank you for this video :)
French women have nice skin, I am not surprised ! 💖
Oh yay what an exciting video! Could you do a video with your top drugstore hair care products and top sunscreens to use with retinol?
After years of shit skin, damaged moisture barrier, inflammation acne.
This brand is my go to, I won't buy anything else.
which products would you recommend??? I have had all of those issues you listed for forever 😭😭😭
Just be very delicate, you don't need to be harsh - pull or rub your skin raw. Gentle delicate -like you skin 😅
After 7 years of searching I’ve determined the same!!!
What products do you use??
@@mandylawrence6209 already written above in a reply comment to @weirdsider
It is such a shame that one of the best, most modern and effective UV filters are not approved in US. LRP has for Europe most amazing sunscreens, all with very high UVA ;-) protection
I love LRP. Everything from the US "dermatologist" lines really irritates my skin for some reason (especially cerave). However I have had great luck with a lot of LRP products; my favorite body lotion is actually from LRP: the lipikar lotion (and the AP version for when I'm super dry). I also love their gentle non-foaming cleanser
Because LRP is from France 🤭 My skin also hates Cerave so much it stings everytime I use their products!
Love this! Could you do a Eucerin skincare review?
Great idea!!
I love their sunscreen for oily skin
I love Eucerin as well
Glad you did this, I didn't know LRP had adapalene! Especially at a better price point than Differin. Found it on sale in the Amazon yesterday at 17.99 for 45g tube, bought it. Thanks! 👍
Been using the foaming cleanser a month & love it. My skin always broke out AND ended up dry & flaking w cerave cleansers. If you tried & didn’t like them def try out LRP. I went w the foaming but it is so hydrating to my skin yet cleans it so well. Rinses 100% clean too.
Same! LRP much much better for my skin as well.
Please create more videos about your favorite products from other brands as well, these videos are very helpful!
Will do!
Yes I agree!
@@DrDrayzday Hi, Dr Dray!
Quick question, I’ve been using LRP glycolic b5 serum at night, do I need to wash my face in the morning?
Have a wonderful day!🩷 (If you get to read my comment🤞🏻)
The cleansers are amazzzzzing !!!! They’re relatively cheap at 15$ but they last forever and work
Many of my current favorites. I had a bad experience with a new cleanser I tried. I switched to the cream cleanser, I use the cicaplast baume in the evening over the aveeno oat serum & the toleraine moisturizer in the day under sunscreen. Amazing!
This is my go-to brand. Toleriane line is so good for my rosacea!
I have rosacea. What do you use from then
I use the rosalaic UV Riche for my rosacea and I love it❤️
I have dry skin and atopic dermatitis and had been using Clarins’ gentle line for years. I’d say even better than my old clarins product.
hi what products do you use? my skin is so sensitive i’m desperate 😭
@@cassielujan499 Try the toleriane ultra light products. Theres also toleriane dermalogical line but i for some reason was irritated bt that
@@eggbeater1682 thank you so so much babe 😭🤍
I'm re-watching and noticing how much your video lighting and your skin has improved here in 2023!
What the hell is a 'healthcare flex account"??
I just love La Roche Posay products. My skin looks so much better since I have started using them.
I love La Roche Possay, the products are quite different in Europe though. Some of the stuff you shown I have never seen in the UK
When I emailed Laroche Posay a question regarding the Anthelios 60 Melt-in Sunscreen Milk, they wrote me back, saying that this product has been discontinued. That was on April 24, 2021. There's still some of it out there, so buy it if you want it.
they always have deals and sales for LRP at shoppers drug in Canada!! and you earn pc optimum points too
I'm using Anthelios KA+. It has niacinamide and panthenol. It's a very nice sunscreen.
Amazing ! My love for french pharmacy is growing bigger each day
I'm using for last few months under my makeup Cicaplast baume b5 spf50 and I love it, it's winter time in Europe and I find it very moisturising and protecting. I also use Effaclar A.I. for imperfections and I love it very much. Thank you very much for this review. ❤Love❤ from Slovakia
I started using La Roche Posay on your recommendation and it has transformed my skin. Thank you Dr. Dray!
Me too! I love it 💕 how did I not notice it before
Iam curious about trying something that is simple and works but its an investment i wish I could try some samples
How did it transform your skin and what products did you use?
@@8mc502 just know that pretty much most of LRP and what Dr. Dray recommends is good 😌
@@bessiebigsis782 I use a lot of products from their Toleriane line which is for sensitive skin, in particular, their Dermo Milky Cleanser, Spring Water, and Ultra moisturizer.
Can you do a video on teenage acne? What to products to use? What to avoid? Thanks
These products are all so wonderful! I love my Toleraine Purifying foaming cleanser. I understand that the upfront cost might seem a bit much, but these products last such a long time. Healthy skin is worth the $14.99 investment of this cleanser to me for sure!!! Loved the video! I now have some new products to try!
The price genuinely isn’t that bad considering how much product they give you!!
The cicaplast has been the only thing that has helped my dry flaky skin and redness. 10/10 would recommend.
I wanted to like Effaclar Duo SO MUCH! It stained my clothes rust orange and also irritated my skin to beet red! What worked for me? Hydrocolloid patches by Mighty Patch.
The adapalene gel is my favorite - it's the strongest retinoid OTC and has a better price/ volume than Differin.
one thing that I can not live without is Cicaplast. I've discovered years ago and it was so cheap nowadays it's on a bit expensive side. I have 2 of my stock always.
cildin yağlı mı yoksa kuru mu
@@laraaydur6200 dry as hell. Hope this helps
I love the LRP double repair Moisturizer it has niacinamide and ceramides NP.
Is it lightweight? Does it feel like it soaked completely in?
@@mignonalverson655 yes, and very elegant texture and not greasy at all. I have oily combination skin and it soaks in very well. i find it better than the cerave PM facial lotion.
Lipikar AP and Avene retinaldehyde every night...they changed the quality of my face !!! No further hard chemicals!!! See the treinoid I tried, although did no bad on my face, did something worse to my organism leading to many problems outside the skin! Nice video this one as all your videos! Hre in Europe Avene and La Rouche Posay are affordable and beloved!, especially their sunscreens! Nice to take also the confirmation from you !!! Keep up excellent work! Love from Greece!
My sensitive and super dry skin, love the LIPIKAR AP WASH, life changing, and CICAPLAST BAUME B5, cant live whith out them.
Do you use the new Lipikar body and face wash she mentions in this video? Does it remove sunscreen and everything without double cleansing? Thanks.🤗
@@mignonalverson655 YESS LOVE IT I USE DOUBLE CLEANSING, IS MORE GENTLE FOR MY SKIN, BUT IT REMOVE VERY WELL TRY IT!!!!
@@susanar6780 I like hearing that. I double cleanse as well but I'm tired of it. I would like to do a 1 step to get everything off. I'm glad you like the body and face wash. Thank you!🤗
Just purchased the balm AP+ and have switched me and my husband over to their facial cleansers. Thank you! (Also I LOVE your necklace!)
I have been using cicaplast baum because I was having a lot of dryness and peeling in the winter but it seems to have given me acne and actually hasn’t helped a massive amount with the dryness. I’m pretty gutted!
LRP is my favourite brand! Most of my skincare is from this brand 💙
I just bought their retinol serum because it was on promotion. Can't wait to try it!
I’ve tried a lot of brands cerave, neutrogena a dermatologist one but la roche posay works the best I love it
That cicaplast baume is a skin saver for the winter!
I love this brand. I just went to france and really stocked up on Cicaplast Baume (my nightly moisturizer). There were a lot of products they had in france that I couldn't find availab;e here. One was Cicaplast Baume with SPF 50- I bought some of that- daytime moisturizer for me!
This brand saved my skin, it’s an amazing!
I love the lipikar baume. Use it on my face and it’s perfect in the dry cold climate where I live. Tried Cerave, but did not do it for me; I can see how someone in a more humid climate would prefer Cerave over the LRP baume. Cheers!
I love their hydrating cleanser more than the cerave. It cleans my skin without stripping while the cerave one feels like I am putting on lotion. But their double repair moisturizer gave me a burning sensation it was not good for my skin at all. My skin has come a long way watching you 🥰
double repair moisturizer has Niacinamide, some sensitive skin can't tolerate this ingredient. You can change to La Roche Toleriane ultra light or La Roche Toleriane ultra cream. They don't have Niacinamide
@@Bee-ot9me thank you so much 😭
Also the vitC serum, vitA serum, and hyrolonic acid serum.. These are very good
Was literally just looking at LRP products as their on sale at Ulta!
This is one of the best teleshopping channels out there!
