Your tip to only focus on today really helped me more than a year ago. Now I cannot imagine not doing kriyas no matter what. Two questions, How do you keep prioritising hatha when your body feels broken. Let's say heavy brain fog + very weak body, virus, etc. ? Also heard you say you used to be a heavy eater and reducing food helped free time. Always taught I couldn't live without rice, bread or potatoes but just starting to realise body is fine with only lentils/beans as starch and rest beeing lots of vegetables, groundnuts, seeds and some fruits. Could you share on how you were able to go beyond compulsions and feel energized while having an empty stomach? ❤
@@ecoconatus8089 for Hatha yoga, I saw how energetic my body was. So I never lose discipline for it. And actually Hatha yoga gives mastery over the limbs. Yes the body will hurt, but that's when you have to push and build that discipline. Just do it for today. For food, I will make a video regarding that topic. However to summarize, I don't cut down, I just eat 24 mouthfuls and not more. So I don't stuff my face till neck, but just enough to keep myself going. Also I noticed that eating less keeps me energetic and enthusiastic, if I eat more I feel sleepy.
@@hemjoshitv8858 Thank you, tried the 24 mouthfull a few days and it's really easy in the summer. Body feels great. Winter I tried and was hungry and cold all the time. Hopefully it's not a season thing and body is just more adapted now. That said, I stil can't figure how to view raw salads. Just one leaf of kale with a tiny bit of lettuce/vegetables are often around 16-20 mouthfull. Cooked meal usualy around 16-18 mouthfull. I almost never eat cooked leftovers or waste food. Since there's almost no calories in the salad but it helps with enzymes and just to scrape the gut, would you eat smaller salad, not count the mouthfulls or something else? I see you as an exemple of eating big meals and letting it all go for love of sadhana. Always taught it would be a really difficult task for Samyama preparation but now realising that it's really easy when you eat lots of vegetebles and cut oils, salt and trade white rice for beans / lentils.
@@hemjoshitv8858 Ok haha I'm probably overanalyzing things with big salad bowls. Will try to keep it simple, stick to 24 mouthful and maybe count kale/lettuce in a different way
have you learnt dwijas or something like this? do you know how to learn the chanting for bhairavi properly? I meant pronounce the chanting properly. thanks
@@merrychristmas4507 I haven't learned no. The chanting I do is of linga bhairavi stuthi. Which is generally open to everyone, and it is available on UA-cam also. I actually learn classical music so knowing the swar while chanting is quite natural for me. 🙏
Namaskaram Anna, I justs did inner engineering 5 days ago and I started to see better results, I have gone through lot of your reviews and it really helped understaning how powerfull these sadguru tecniques are. I need your help, I mainly focused on calmimg my mind, inner peace and lot of focus, can you please guide me should I just do surya kriya and Bhuta Sidhi is enough for now? how long does it take to do surya kriya bootha Sidhi and shambhavi together? Pranam
@@rangareddyhosuru8822 Namaskaram, I'm glad for you. Surya kriya takes about 30-35 minutes. Bhuta shudhi takes 10 minutes. They different processes. And shambhavi will also take some time with preparation and kriya. So however much you can take out in day, accordingly you can choose Anna.
Hello ,can you solve my query. Whatever you say with the negative word you mind identifies it. When you say am not the body , you actually think of body. How would you explain this.
@@Nalini.deodhar you need some experience beyond the body. Once you have that, mind will naturally settle down. Without that experience, it won't work.
Sadhguru has a video regarding this topic. The spiritual process has nothing to do with your family. It has to do with you and only you. If you think, you can endure it joyfully, then do it. Otherwise move to ashram, if you think that's a possibility for you. Again you are the better judge of yourself. Not the external situations.
thanks for sharing
