Hi I wanted to know had you experienced anything while taking transmission? Because i got initiated yesterday but during it i hadn't felt anything please say something about it
See if you were present, there's no question whether you're initiated or not. Different people will react and respond differently. I had a similar experience as you actually. Nothing was happening but I just kept doing it for 6-8 months, everyday. Then I realized the power of this potent practice. Just because someone else will scream, or cry or laugh or become still, doesn't mean it must be the case with everyone. Not every blooming flower will have the exact same color. Do not think that nothing is happening to me so it's not working. It is working but depending on how people respond it might take different expression. What is happening to someone else isn't happening to me, so do not make this as a basis to judge whether it is working or not. It is working, as I mentioned with me, we're in the same club here. I kept doing it, now I know. Now on responding, do not think that someone else respond "right" so they're screaming while doing the practice. There's no right or wrong in this context. You're doing your best in responding, that's all that matters. It will flower in ways that we didn't imagine possible. 🙏
@@hemjoshitv8858 The practices are calibrated in such a way that they work for you at your level of being. If I turn up the Shambhavi Mahamudra initiation, at least eighty to ninety percent of you will not be able to get up afterwards. Those who were initiated into Shoonya before the Dhyanalinga consecration would have experienced that. At that time, at least seventy to eighty percent of the people were not able to walk out of the initiation room. That is why we needed at least as many volunteers as there were participants, because many of them had to be carried, supported, or at least guided. They would be completely dazed. Back then, we were initiating people in such a way because we were looking for people who could hold the drink. This was important for the consecration that we wanted to do, and there was urgency to it. I took twenty-one years to filter the occult out of the #ShambhaviMahamudra. This was to eliminate ugly things that you could otherwise do once you are empowered by this practice. You may want to read someone else’s mind so that you can exploit them. Or you may want to predict someone’s future so that you can con them into something. Or you may want to destroy them simply by looking at them. If you have control over your life energies, you can propel someone to enlightenment or to destruction - both are possible. Depending on who you are, accordingly you use and transform your energies. Therefore, it takes a certain care to rule out the negative when transmitting a process like Shambhavi. But beyond that, what kind of expression you give it - whether you use it to heal yourself of back pain or for a higher level of existence - is up to you. The practice is set for wellbeing, but your idea of #wellbeing still matters. Your idea of wellbeing may just be a little better #health and success in what you are doing, and you think that is it. hello Anna, I have done inner engg and felt the same way ur feeling but i stopped doing it as my schedule got very tight. My question to you is what is the need for preparatory asanas? can't I just start with Sukha Kriya directly? please guide thanks
Preparatory asanas activates your lower spine in such a way that it enhances the whole kriya's experience. Very simply if you want to build a 5 floor building, you will not start with the 5th one directly. You will start with ground. Similarly, preparatory asanas builds a solid foundation, like a stable base.
@@peterobrien2537 actually the asanas help to release the built up vayus or gases in the system. If you do them properly, you would notice it everytime, specially in shishupalasana and nadi vibhajana.
I used to eat before but now I don't, not because of the practice necessarily but more importantly I feel it stays in my stomach for so long. Which I didn't recognize earlier. I eat well and full but light meals. Which don't make me feel sluggish.

@@pearldsouza6426 it is very normal. I felt like that for first 8months actually... But I kept the commitment. Remind yourself that inner engineering crash course.
