Beautiful fades. I just bought the relaxed taper. The taper is extreme but I like the 12.5 high waist. They might go well with my GS Dune Longwings that you influenced me to buy. 😊 By the way, they are my favorite shoes. You have excellent taste. 💙 ps. I don’t have to worry about ball crushing as I’m female. 🤣 Still, high rise is most comfortable.
I bought these in a bigger waist size so they would sit rather low (a good bit under the belly button). Do you think that helps the ball crushing? I think the low rise is definitely a problem if you pull them up to wear em like a high rise, but if you got them in a bigger size and wore them lower it should be fine no?
This is a great question! Yeah, I think what you're saying definitely works for some people. For me, with the way my body is, it doesn't really work like this (unless I wear pants in such a way that they're literally falling off). I think low rise just doesn't work for me. But maybe I projected that on everyone else a little too much, considering that some people could just do what you're saying. Another factor is these are 21oz, so they're very unforgiving. I have worn lighter materials as low rise with some sucess.
Thanks! I wore them a ton for 6 months, then sporadically after that for a few years. I honestly have no idea how many washes and wears; I didn’t care enough back then to keep track of anything and had no clue what I was doing 😂

Ball crushers haha… I experienced the same but I thought it was because I got the skinny cut (UB121)
hahaha bummer! The ball crushing sensation is usually due to a rise that's too low.
Do you wash them in the washer or by hand
I wash all my jeans in the washer, inside out, delicate cycle, usually cold water. Hang dry/air dry.
