  • The new owner of our friend Tony Mazzagatti's 1967 Porsche 911S is undoubtedly something special. This isn't just any car; it's a piece of automotive history, a living legend on four wheels. And to possess such a vehicle, you have to be more than just an ordinary car enthusiast; you have to be exceptional.
Firstly, this owner recognizes the intrinsic value of heritage. They understand that this 911S is not just a car; it's a time machine that transports you to the golden era of sports cars. It's a connection to a bygone era of pure, unadulterated driving pleasure. They appreciate the significance of the 911S in Porsche's history, and they cherish the responsibility of preserving that legacy.
This owner is not just a collector; they're a connoisseur of performance and engineering. They can dissect the 911S, appreciating every nuance of its air-cooled flat-six engine, its timeless design, and its impeccable handling. They know the history of the model, its racing pedigree, and the technological innovations that made it stand out in its time.
But it's not just about knowledge; it's about passion. This owner doesn't just own the 911S; they love it. They can spend hours talking about the subtle differences between model years, the evolution of the Porsche 911, and the quirks that make this car unique. They don't just own a piece of history; they live and breathe it.
Furthermore, this owner possesses a deep appreciation for craftsmanship and attention to detail. They understand that the 911S is a work of art as much as it is a machine. Every curve, every seam, every stitch in the interior-all of it is a testament to the dedication and skill of the craftsmen who built it. This owner wouldn't dream of compromising on maintenance or repairs. They'll spare no expense to keep this piece of automotive history in perfect condition.
Finally, the new owner of Tony Mazzagatti's 1967 Porsche 911S must be someone who understands the essence of driving. They appreciate the unfiltered connection between man and machine that this car offers. They're not just interested in owning a classic; they want to experience it. They'll take it out on twisty mountain roads, let that flat-six engine sing, and savor every corner like a true enthusiast.
In essence, the new owner of this 1967 Porsche 911S must be more than just a car owner; they must be a guardian of history, a scholar of engineering, a lover of artistry, and a passionate driver. They must be better than everyone else because they possess not just a car, but a legacy, and they understand and honor the weight of that legacy every time they turn the key and hit the road.
Ok, so ChatGPT is stupid. All that is a bunch of BS. This 911S makes me better than you because, I just am.

This model was my first Porsche, I bought it in CA but unfortunately it was an Iowa car and had plenty of "rot"! Eventually I gave up on the structural repairs (before the internet, so no advice) and in one of my prouder moments traded it in on a new Jensen Healey!
