Helle Lappland Knife Review

The Helle Lappland is styled after the traditional knives of the Sami people; indigenous peoples who live in the northern parts of Finland, Sweden and Norway.
As they are above the tree line, the knife gets used much like a machete for processing scrubby brush and other foliage that exists in the sub-arctic and arctic regions.
It also gets used for processing reindeer meat and hides, as the Sami are traditionally reindeer herders.
The Helle version of the knife comes with a 21.4cm (8 1/2") blade that is made from 12C27 stainless steel.
The knife also sports brass accessories and a very unique embossed sheath.
