Delighted to get this workout done. as I am babysitting two small grandchildren away from my home. Luckily my daughter has adjustable weights.. used tights as my glut band tied tightly !necessity is the mother of invention. As I move within days of my 72 birthday have yesterdays session reserved for my actual birthday .Always do a Sydnet w/o on my birthday. Have a good day everyone and keep exercising!

I really feel like sydney was talking directly to me in the post workout chat - I pushed up to my 40lb barbell for glute bridges for the first time today but I have such a hard time outside of the workout sticking to portion sizes for dinner to stop over eating bc I'm bored or just snacking while watching tv. I'm trying to get that under control so I HEAR you sydney and I'm working on itt
That was tough! I usually work out in the morning at 5:30 a.m. but did that after work instead......I most certainly enjoy the morning time much better! But - it's done! Check the box!

Yes!!!! The hardest part is between the actual workout…. That rang so true for me. I can show up and push myself to the point I can’t do another rep but it’s what I do outside of here and these moments of reflection with you help me get through the day. Positive beginnings mean for positive hours ahead. You may not understand the path you are on but god always knows the reason and the way. ❤
