Hardly hears anyone talking about HH rackets . .more on preference for LH. I find l have better feel and control with HH and stable agst opponents power drives.Glad to know l am not an odd one....now will stick to my HH racket without a doubt.

Why is there a small ball in the strings of the demo racket, but not on the one Ali is holding?

That is a String Dampener. But on tour, no one uses it.
The last one that I remember using one, was David Palmer.
