Have to take my hat off to Farag, no attitude, no drama, no excuses, never gives up.
Funny thing - this is the most animated I've ever seen him get in a game, and it was still somehow polite (and even made the crowd laugh)
Gawad has the best hands in the game right now. Great to see him back competing!
Farag is an incredible player who deserves all his success but what pleased me as much is Gawad’s return to the top flight. All the best to both of them in the years ahead.
@@Ventoux10 - 100%.
Ali was relentless and Karim magical for the first part of the match from what we saw here. Well done Ali and I hope Karim can recover from his physical issue.
2 incredible champions, no fuss from either, just brilliant squash. Well done gents, thoroughly enjoy watching both of you play. 👍👍
Well played Farag. But for the good of the game it is important that a shotmaker like Gawad does beat Farag sometimes. Not least to encourage more young players to play like him!
I absolutely love these two guys ❤️
It seems like Farag's break has done him some good mentally. He seems hungrier than before. Hope Gawad's issue is temporary. No-one is better in the front of the court.
Congrats to both
My two favourite current squash players - wonderful athletes, sublime racket skills and excellent sportsmanship - I never know which one to support when they play each other!
Gawad makes Elshorbagy and Farag bring out something special when he plays either of them.
2:01 it is 4-8 for Gawad, next in 2:06 it is 10-9 for Farag - some turnaround here!
Yep, would like to have seen what happened there. Judging from the game after that it was when Karim started to have the physical problem.
Farag complaining about the backhand drop in the first game makes me think they had a discussion before the match that Gawad won’t play that shot just to keep it fair for everyone lol
Otherwise he could’ve just won the match with 33 of those drops.
الف مبروك علي بك فرج وهارد لاك كريم..في انتظار مباريات شيقه بينكما ان شاء الله..يحيا الاسكواش المصري في كل مكان 🎉❤🎉❤🎉❤
Not just the egyptian... áll squash!
My two favourite men’s players….unless there’s an Aussie in the mix 🤭🤭🤭. Love watching these two play. Just sublime, well-mannered and great sportsmen. We need more like them.
Both of them more than deserve to have won there matches. Well done Ali and el tayeb
As Egyptian i hope they add squash to the Olympics, that's the only sport we are good at
W gawad
Ali is next level
brutal
Lowering the tin has given something back to shotmakers like Gawad and has slightly altered the balance between racket skills and athleticism. But I would like to see more changes to redress this balance a little bit further. What do others think?
Good with different camera angle
Lovely work by Farag for sure. Good sportsmanship out his head down and played without fuss or bother.
Shandy Thracian
I nead full mach
Gawad its mental out or is injured?
No one can challenge Farag in his best! Wow
Arsenal fan-I guess nobody's perfect!
