High 7s were rough. 8s and 9s a little more than normal. 10s was a lot my strategy day 1. I actually like the fact that I had have more consistency on the release. If I was weak on release, I left a 10. It forced me to be better. Thanks for watching.
Several years ago I bowled the Osage Beach stop. I had fun, but as a super senior the 7 games wore me down. Those guys are some sharp bowlers and very easy to get along with. 😊
They weren't bad, just tough carry. If I let up on my release at all, I would stick a 10. When I didn't hit the pocket, it was usually just a bad shot. Day 2 I didn't miss the pocket until game 6. I still left 20 10-pins day 2. I am happy that of the probably 35 10's I left, I only missed 2 all weekend. My only other missed makeable I think was a chopped 3-6.
Curious if you see a difference in carry when you bowl in centers with the Brunswick A2’s vs the older AMF machines? My average plunges 10-15 pins whenever I bowl on the AMF’s regardless of shot on the lane. Pin reaction and carry just seems very different.
A lot of people talk about differences in side walls, pits, even pins when talking about twisters vs others. I feel like carry can be different, but not necessarily worse. You just might have to do something different. It might take a different ball and line than what you usually play. Day 2, the pattern was slightly different, but I also changed up strategy. While I left 20 tens day 2 which was more, I also hit the pocket more and scored higher. There could be something to what you say, but I don't usually pay that close attention to machines or pins, and try to just figure out the best shot given the pattern.
Very good bowling for first time out
Thank you.
Dang good bowling Keith. If your carry was better you would have dominated. For your first event, you did exceptionally well.
Appreciate that.
Man, that carry was BRUTAL!

Thank you for putting this out there, great to have you bowling the NWMOSBT.
Thank you. Excited for the next ones.
My man. Great job this weekend. Like you said those guys can bowl.
You as well!
Happy Birthday, great bowling, congratulations,
and Merry Christmas!

Great job buddy.
Thank you
that house plays pretty difficult to knock all ten down from my experience. Great video Keith!
Thanks.
Tricky lanes?
