Being from Louisiana with deep Cajun roots, we would call that pastalaya...minus the spinach and yes adding sausage, shrimp etc. Jambalaya is basically the same but made with rice. Cajun jambalaya is only colored by the pan cooked meats. Creole jambalaya has tomato base making a red rice version. I love it all. With that being said...your yummy casserole is more creole pastalaya. 😋❤️

I make lasagna using the Lavash sheets instead of noodles. It turned out awesome!! Use everything you use for lasagna just use Lavash instead of past noodles! Yummy!! 😊😊

This sounds delicious! Would it be possible to sub in zoodles or cauliflower for the $10 box of pasta? I’m guessing that would lessen the amount of additional liquid (bone broth) that needs to be added or eliminate it entirely.

She showed it all at the beginning, so you can print screen it. Pasta is Kaizen Cavatappi and the sauce was Carbone Spicy Vodka.
You can use any healthy pasta and vegetables are veggies.😊

@Renee_nf094e nope, not this one. Even though I'm not keto/low carb I often use low carb pastas because they are high in protein and fiber, but I always go with durum semolina based ones.
