- Hi guys! Today I am cooking Cheese Omelet on fire. I also added mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, milk, and spices to taste (salt, pepper, oregano, and basil), grated cheese, and green onion. I hope you enjoy it!

Looks great! Cooking over an open fire adds a level of complexity not found in a modern kitchen. The steel guitars on the soundtrack was a nice touch as well.

Wonderful! I don't like oregano, but I have a fresh basil plant that I use a lot. I keep rosemary, basil, and parsley growing at all times.

Luba, this video was beautiful and inspiring. I love omelettes and make them often, but not as delicious looking as yours! That pan is amazing, too! I'm going to try cooking the vegetables first and then pouring in the eggs like you did. Great idea!

i love that you cooked the vegetables first then added the eggs so many people add the ingredients to the eggs and place it in the pan and also some cream added to the eggs is old world omelets and not many people know to do that. i hope your feeding more than you and pavlo with that

Good to see you use a healthy amount of oil, especially for those mushrooms. And that egg balloon, at the end. 😂
One important thing I learned about using multiple eggs in a recipe is that you should open them into a cup first before adding them to the mixture one at a time, just in case egg number 12 is bad.

Where did you get that pan you cook on? Ive looked everywhere near where i live in Wisconsin for one. Bass Pro, Cabelas, and camping world ( Gander Mountain)
