- Today I am cooking tasty chicken hearts on fire. This is my favourite marinade, I mixed onion, soy sauce, beer, you can add spices to your taste, I used paprika, ground black pepper, salt, garlic and seasoning for meat. I hope you enjoy it)

I grew up eating chicken livers, gizzards and hearts. All of which, if done properly, are delicious!

Hearts are a very lean muscle. Like any other part. Meat is muscle.
@m.r.jarrell3725 like beef heart - it's like a piece of tough roast... slice thin, and against the grain and it's delicious.

I would respectfully suggest to saute the onions. Add some oil and butter then caramelize the onion and add them to the chicken hearts!

Looks like you wacked about 100 chickens, nice job Luba. We have a small ranch with livestock. Will be trying your recipe. Never tried chicken heart in the past. Looking forward to it. Can you do the same with turkey or duck?? Thanks, Brian
I love chicken hearts. Maybe if you have a chance, try cow tongue. It taste like ham 3:10 with a lot less fat.

Next time take the marinade and the onions and fry them up in a pan with some butter and flour for a sauce and drizzle that over the hearts
