- Hello everybody! Today I am cooking shrimp pasta on fire. For this dish we need shrimps, onion, garlic, butter, spinach, tomatoes, cream, cheese, and pasta. Hope you like it!

Shrimp should have been the very last ingredient to add because only will take three minutes to fully cook shrimp. Overcooking shrimp makes them harden.

As Italian I have to say that for No reason cheese or milk or something of milk family had to go together with fish. Pasta with fish And cheese is simply unwatchable for Italians. Nevertheless I understand different cultures and that you are used to put all together. Stay well, Liuba and be strong! Hugs!
