Hey everyone! If you have any suggestions of what type of content you would like to see regarding the frontier, let me know! Please don't forget to like and subscribe! 🙏 thank you!
That's exactly what I want to do! I bet your truck looks nice! Especially with those nittos! I'll be getting that same lift soon, and I will definitely upgrade my tires, but I'm not sure which ones yet. I've always had the BF goodrich KO2, but I want some different tires this time.
I'm a Toyota fanboi and if I was looking for a USED truck, I would pick a 22-23 Tacoma TRD PRO over anything, HOWEVER, if I was looking to buy a brand NEW truck, I would pick the FRONTIER hands down. It's just a better truck than the new 4 cyl Tacoma by far!
The crazy part is I am a Toyota fanboi also, but yea I wanted that exact year 22-23, but since I always have issues with my vehicles, I wanted to go new. I had never thought I'd choose a Frontier over a Tacoma but for the cost and for what it comes with, I couldn't turn it down! Also nissan gave me way more for my Tacoma than what Toyota was offering. Great point though! Please don't forget to like and subscribe ! Thank you!
As a Toyota guy for almost 4+ decades, very disappointed with what Toyota is doing. Definitely gonna trade in my 22 Taco SR5 2WD for either the 20 Pro 4X or maybe the 25 with 6 ft bed.
I agree! I love Toyota. My family has always had Toyota, but with the new motors, I started to lose interest. Now, Toyota has improved their interior, but I'm not a huge fan of their new look either. You'll get a pro4x for much less and be very happy! The longer bed would be nice!
Tssss sounds like you made the right choice bro! Very nice looking truck! Love the black with the orange accents and stitching. I’m looking forward to seeing your build progress.
@diegovn 🔥 that baja storm color is so nice! I wish they would have had that color avaliable at the dealership. Glad your enjoying your truck! I'm going to test out the 4x4 capabilities and some other stuff and post some more videos! If there's anything you're interested in seeing, let me know! Please don't forget to like and subscribe 🙏thank you!
I left Tacoma because of the turbo crap. My Pro4x has everything but leather, sunroof and Fender. 5 months in, still love it. So smooth, comfy and powerful.
Sounds like we have the same trim! I really wanted the leather seats but I didn't want a sun roof! Too many future issues there! I'm glad to hear your enjoying it, I've had mine for 2 months so far and still feel like I'm in the honest moon phase! Thanks for this comment please don't forget to like and subscribe! Thank you!
You’ll get used to the transmission not hunting for gears, the seats being waaaay more comfortable, the more powerful V6, and really nice lines on the body. I recently bought a 24’ Pro 4X and love it so much. I almost bought a 23’ Tacoma Pro but waited and I’m glad. Nice truck and vid!
@UKnowBo yea, i guess, since it was a brand new truck the tranny needed time to smooth out but I'm really enjoying this truck! I'm glad you are as well! I'll be posting some more videos soon! Stay tuned! Please like and subscribe. I would greatly appreciate it!
Life time warranty in the tranny so let it's all good lol! I told yeh dealership I'd switch from Toyota to Nissan if they promised me reliability and they did!
Congrats on your new Frontier Pro4X! With 14,500 + miles on my 2023 Nissan Frontier Pro4X, there are no issues off road, town driving or on the open highway. Every time behind the wheel, brings happiness to my life, like no vehicle has done in a very long time. Enjoy your ride! 🏜️🌵
Wow thats awesome! That's a lot of miles I'm glad to hear that you've been enjoying it! At some point I want to use it for overlanding but it's going to take some time cause that's expensive stuff! Thank you enjoy your truck as well! I'll be posting more soon, please don't forget to like and subscribe! Have a great day!
Just got my 2024 Pro 4X early August and love it so far, mine came fully loaded, with leather, spray in bedliner, towing pkg, etc..$45k out the door. About the only thing it didn't have was the flip down step on the bed, which I'll probably get whenever I think I'll have a use for it. Only put about 400 miles on it so far. I also got the Super Black color, with the all black wheels. Test drove the Boulder Gray while waiting for the black one to come in, but it almost looked like a primer gray. Only real nitpicks are the lack of window up/down lighting, hard to find em at night, no locking gas cap, and no telescoping steering wheel. These things are very minor, but would think in this that they would've been standard. Overall, really like the smooth and quiet ride and it fits my needs for what I will use it for.
Yea you can't go wrong with fully loaded! I wish i wouldve done the same but still very much enjoying my truck! I initially wanted that boulder Grey but yea there was just something about it I didn't like. But I agree with the windows, inwoyodve thought all of them would be automatic windows and I wa surprised the gas cap had no lock either. But to your point minor things! The interior and sleek look over come those things. And the drive is so smooth! I can't stay uner 90mpg in the hwy, I'm not trying to speed i just dont feel it! I recently took my pro4x camping with a camper trailer at the beach and it did well! I just posted that video check it out when you get a chance! Enjoy your pro4x!
I’m not gonna lie, I really really like that you were completely honest. To be honest. Honestly, I’m going to test drive one. Was thinking about buying a new Tacoma pro but I keep hearing Toyota trucks have problems this year
You can never go wrong with a Tacoma, really, but yea, these new motors Toyota is using are unproven, and it's uncharted territory for Toyota, so if your considering now is a good time, I'd say go check out the Frontiers. It drives way different than a Tacoma so it does take some time to get used to! I'll be posting some more videos soon! Please some forget to like and subscribe! Thank you!
@@TheLos23 I’m definitely going to test drive some. I also found a 80 series Toyota Land Cruiser that looks to be in pristine condition. I might just buy it.
I traded in my 2023 Pro4X for a 2023 Tacoma. Nissan is too heavy, so it uses a lot of gas, especially uphill. The auto on/off feature is annoying. The ground clearance is not great, and the rear window is manual. The under-seat storage is not great, and I can't fold the rear seat and use it like a flat table. Good luck. I hope you won't regret it because feeling regret is no fun.
You're not wrong! I think if I would've had a newer Tacoma I would have probably stuck with it but I had a 2015 and it was so plain! When I saw the interior of the Frontier I fell in love! And I got a great deal. But I may just be in a honey moon phase right now, I hope I don't regret this! Thanks for the comment, enjoy your new Tacoma!
Odd because I traded in a 2021 TRD Off Road Premium (which is the same as your 23) for a 24 Nissan Frontier Pro4X Premium and like it so much better. Rides way better on road, significantly faster, seats are way more comfortable, interior is much nicer, sound system is not even comparable to the Fender system (I had the upgraded JBL in the Tacoma), 360 surround camera, heated steering wheel, dampened tailgate, electronic locking tailgate, wireless CarPlay, traffic sign recognition, illuminated door sill. Way better bang for the buck. Easy decision. Wife likes it much better too as a passenger. To each their own. At least we have choices.
I don't very often, to be honest, but I'm going hunting this weekend, and I'm going to drive up some hills. I'll keep you updated! Don't forget to like and subscribe
Congratulations, I love my 2023 Frontier Pro4x, only complaint I have is the damn switches below the seat, everytime I would get in and out I’d have to readjust my seat. Eventually I just took the switch off and hasn’t moved since! Other than that I’m very happy with mine!
🤣 I don't think mine has that lol but my wife's pathfinder does that haha. I'm glad your enjoying it. Thanks for watching, stay tuned for more videos! Please don't forget to like and subscribe!
You're going to love it! I'm about to post a video of my first 1k miles woth this truck. But so far I still feel like I'm in the honey moon phase every time I get in and see the interior. I fall in love all over again! Good choice, enjoy your new pro4x. Please don't forget to like and subscribe! Thank you!
The reason why some Pro4x's didnt come with the tow package and bedliner and a lot of features like the Fender audio system, leather seats, moonroof is to be able to sell it for cheaper so certain customers can get their foot in the door and get the whole pro4x. U fortunately you do have to buy certain packages to get what you want or add it later. For me, I got the 2024 Pro4x in black but fully loaded with the rims too but it did cost like 6k+ more.
Yea that makes sense! And my truck was very affordable! I figured I would add the extra stuff as I go. But it's cool to know you already have everything you need! Since you have the fully loaded pro4x, did it come lifted?
I bought a black loaded Pro4X in January, on the fence about lifting it because I like being able to reach into the back at the factory height. First Nissan and mid size truck I’ve ever owned and still pretty stoked about it.
Yea I agree I'm still in love with this truck and I'm kind of enjoying the ride woth out a lift. But yea I got that 1k miles video coming soon! Stay tuned!
Just got me a the tactical green sv. Been looking at this frontier for the past 2 years. Excited to start adding stuff to it as i go traded in my lovley 2020 accord. I do have a 2000 xterra 4x4 n its still a beast but this frontier ❤. Ill b watching ur videos n see what u do. P.s. our ladies r probably sick of talking about our truck lol
I'm not a huge fan of green, but that pro4x looks mean! Good choice! You can't go wrong with xterras! 🤣 my wife gets mad cause I refer to my truck as a she but your absolutely right I'm in love with this truck. I'll be posting another video soon and hopefully I'll be getting a lift pretty soon! Thank you!
Awesome video and great looking truck! Was actually looking to purchase the '24 Pro4X but waiting for the '25 Pro4X with the long bed. Thanks for sharing brother!
Id consider some of the Nismo upgrades such as lightweight alloy wheels upgraded billstien shocks with reservoirs Nismo lift / leveling kit that really improves the ride dramatically & after all of that it'll still cost less than competitors in that class
Yea I was really surprised how low-priced these Frontiers are brand new. Especially cause normally when you get a 4x4 truck, it's very expensive. Kind of get the best of both worlds with a Frontier!
I have a 2013 TRD off road that’s getting some work done. Got a 2023 frontier from the rental place it’s just the SX but it’s also pretty nice. I’m impressed.
So, considering you have an older model, Toyota, like i did and you've been driving that Frontier, what are your thoughts? Would you get a new Frontier if you were given a good trade in offer?
I think the build quality is better on the Nissan's than the Tacoma's being built in Mexico now. I'm not sure I would buy another Tacoma since they've gone to the 4cyl engine. Maybe if they ever get the diesel engines here in the U.S.? Nice ride!
Yea, that's also what made me go with the Frontier. I don't like the direction Toyota is going with Tacoma. A lot of people seem to feel that way! Thank you! I'll have more videos coming soon. Please like and subscribe. I would greatly appreciate it!
@@TheLos23 Seems to be the way they're all going for mid size trucks and getting them to be more efficient, that being said though it's nice that Nissan is keeping the V6 in the Frontier and I believe Honda still has their V6 in the Ridgeline, the Jeep Gladiator still has a V6 too being the only 3 midsize trucks left with a V6 except for the Ranger Raptor.
Switched from Toyota to the Frontier and its help up just as well over 2 years of heavy use. People need to stop associating Nissan crossover CVT issues with these trucks.
This is good feedback! That's why I'm making these videos. I feel there's not a lot of people who talk about Nissans reliability. I'll have some more videos coming soon! Stay tuned. Please like and subscribe I would appreciate it!
After driving a 2024 trd sport for a week, the frontier is a better option. The trd was 54k out the door, but the interior was trash and the transmission couldn't decide what gear to be in at any time. It was funny to me because i didn't own it.
Dang, that's crazy! I really haven't heard too many good things about the 2024 Tacoma. The fact that you got to drove it for an entire week and still didn't enjoy it is crazy! But yea this Frontier is really giving that Tacoma some competition!
Thank you much appreciated! I'll have some more videos coming soon. It's better content, not just me talking 😅 please don't forget to like and subscribe! Thank you!
I have the 2wd pro x with the Bed liner fully loaded. And you have an automatic transmission and not a CVT. Is part of the VQ38dd family Like the infinity and 370z So yes you have a beast of a V6.
I feel the power when I drive it! I finally got to try the 4x4 today, but nothing crazy! I just wanted to feel the power when I have the 4WD engaged. I'll be posting that video soon!
@@TheLos23 I use royal purple oil In my truck increases hp and torque by 5% I also use k&n oil filter the one from the dealership is made of cardboard.
That's good to know! I have a Pathfinder, but I've only had it a few years, so I'm still kind of new to Nissan, but so far, I'm extremely happy with Nissan. The new Titans are really nice!
@eddiehaskell5578 thank you! Every time I drive this truck, I feel like I find more I like about it! Enjoy yours as well! I'll be posting more videos soon! Don't forget to like and subscribe!
I saw this truck for sale online a couple weeks ago. I was looking at a few that had been on the lot for awhile so I could get a better price. I ended up getting a cardinal red one in Edinburg. It had the tow package, otherwise I think they were they same. A day before I bought mine, I saw this one wasn’t listed anymore but there were still a couple in Brownsville that had been on the lot for months. Pretty sure the other two colors you mentioned. By the way, I got Line-X bed liner. I strongly recommend it. Love the truck.
Yea, it was probably this one you saw, haha. Even though I didn't get the bed liner and all that, I'm still enjoying this truck! I have yet to feel disappointed. I have to get that liner, I kayak a lot, so it is necessary! Glad your enjoying your truck! I'll have some fishing and camping videos in my Frontier soon! Stay tuned, please like and subscribe. I would greatly appreciate it!
@Art_of_Ramon I was just talking about that! My tacoma was silver and I rarely had to wash it, I feel like I've washed this truck more in a span if just 3 weeks lol
Thank you! Yea there's different packages like the technology package I just didn't want to buy a truck over 40k and although it would've been nice to have those acessories it wasn't necessary for me
That's wierd... I have the pro 4 x and it has all of those things you're saying yours doesn't have. Mine comes with the hitch, bed lining, 400W outlet on the bed... You sure they didn't give you the version below the pro4X with the pro4X stickers?
I ended up finding out that there's 2 pro4x trims, and I got the budget one lol the one you got is the fully loaded pro4x, which is very nice! Good choice!
I know, tbh I didn't want to, but it had issues with the AC 4x4 and a lot of rust on it and it was going to cost me a lot I didn't want to deal with all the issues. It had about 190,000. I had plan to keep that tacoma for ever 😢
I also traded my 2019 SR5 v6 tacoma for 2024 pro x. The only thing i miss about my taco is the lift i added and arb bumpers. Ill add to my Frontier later
I agree! I really don't like how low the truck is, and I need to put bigger tires also cause the stock ones are way too small! But these are things I'll work on! I'll post videos when I add the lift and tires! Please like and subscribe so you can follow my journey! I would appreciate it! Enjoy your new pro4x!
The only advantage that I think the Tacoma has over the Frontier is that they have Crawl Control and some other Off-Road Tech. But I guess if you do not go off road too much it may not matter.
Yea, good point! That's really the only advantage. But even at that, the way I see it is, if you're going to go offroading like crazy, that crawl control probably won't help if you're really really stuck. But it still a really cool feature to have. Other than that I believe the pro4x has all the same features like the rear differential lockers. But yea Toyota needs to step up their game!
@@Ben-q9c7p But will it function the same as crawl control as on the Tacoma? The driver would still need to control the speed, correct? vs setting the speed via the crawl control function?
Very similar to the 3rd gen Tacoma in many ways. Just wonder what happens with long term durability with direct injection & no port injection. Looks like a nice ass truck tho. I like it more than the 🆕 Tacoma. Congrats on your new rig dude! I have a manual 3rd gen Tacoma, & love it. If something happened I'd get another one I saw some in my area for about 38K with 15,000 miles Auto tranny tho
Yea, that's what I'm curious about as well. It's how it's going to stand up long term. I'll be posting videos of my journey with this truck and my opinions compared to my previous Tacoma. My Tacoma was awesome, but it was used and had issues, and I got very bored of the interior, so it was easy to fall in love with this truck. But thanks for your comment. Don't forget to like and subscribe. I would appreciate it! Enjoy your Tacoma!
niiiice congrats on your truck! awesome road side emergency bag too! that’s cool you went with the really good choice with the frontier if black, i would have gone with the Baja Storm, less chances of seeing the dirt lol went from my quicksand tacoma TRD Sport to a 2024 GMC Canyon AT4 , but now i see that the frontier is getting a new refresh maaan i shoulda waited haha but GMC Canyon has been good to me so far, has spacious leg room and rear ventilated seats. but it was between that and a frontier, but i just got a better deal for the canyon sadly charlie clark in my town didn’t have the options i wanted.
I was excited that the truck had those bags and the all-weather mats since I have kids! Shoot, I would have gone with the Baja storm if they had it! That color is so nice! This is the first black color vehicle I've ever owned, and dang, it gets dirty quickly! I'm not going to lie i see those canyons a lot, and they look nice! But kinda the same situation for me nissan gave me a great deal I couldn't pass up. Enjoy that truck!
@@TheLos23 yeah but you have a true v6 soo you made the wiser choice still but keep posting content id love to see thee 1k mile or whatever the standard is to do another follow up and all that good stuff ^_*
Good choice. As a current Tacoma 2000 and 2022 TRD OR owner, I would never buy the latest Tacoma 2024 4banger with no bumpstop and questionable transmission.
Yea, I felt the same way. I've heard good things about them recently, but I'm not sold on the longevity of the motor since it has a turbo. With turbos, there are usually issues in the future. But thank you. I appreciate your comment. I'll be posting some more videos as I go on adventures and put more miles on it! Stay tuned, please like and subscribe. I would greatly appreciate it!
The front grill on the 2025 looks really nice! I highly recommend the Frontier. Even when I'm offroading I feel luxurious because of the nice interior!
@@TheLos23 Thanks. Trading in a 21 Ranger lifted with 3". The only thing that bugs me is the selection of aftermarket for the Frontier. The cost to do a 3" proper lift is going to cost a chunk of change
Yea, honestly, that's the only thing is the lifts are expensive and it's not even that tall. The only reason i was okay with it is because I really don't offroad like I used to
I had tacomas since 2004 and ever since they changed the engines on them only way I would pay the 60k would be if the Tacoma had the turbo diesel engine with no hybrid engines I test drive the frontier and I might be switching to the Nissan sad that Toyota is losing a lot of customers now
I agree with you 💯 My very first truck was a Tundra, but I knew I wouldn't be happy with that 2.4l turbo hybrid engine. And for that price, I couldn't justify it. I am really enjoying my Frontier, and you can feel the power! Definitely test drive one. I'll be posting some more videos about my experience so far. Don't forget to like and subscribe! Thank you!!
Yea huge! I love Toyota but his feels like an upgrade compared to what i had! I'll have some more videos soon showing off it's capabilities when camping! Stay tuned, please like and subscribe! Thank you!
I know lol but I still haven't. I feel like it's double protection 😂 I've considered taking them off but I wouldn't know what to do with them. Maybe I'll put them in my wife's pathfinder haha
😲 maybe I'm just still in the honey moon phase 😬 well find out! I'll be posting more videos of my experience with the Frontier. Stay tuned! Please like and subscribe. I would appreciate it!
Thank you! Yea, I feel like they could've made it look better, and I'm sure there will be a redesign since this was the first time they changed the look of the Frontier in a while. The 2025 looks a bit different, but it's the same design!
Nice choice. I have been seeing new tacomas failing left and right when they are introduced to off road use. They seem like they were designed to be a pavement princess
Thank you! Yea, I agree these new tacomas definitely aren't the same as before in regards to reliability. And tbh I'm not too happy about the new motors they have either. I've heard those 2.4l turbo charged motors end up having issues. The frontier still comes a 3.6L V6, kind of an old school style motor
@TheLos23 definitely and undersized motor for off road use. That is why you got transmission overheating on them. That v6 will last you easily 10+ years
Thats what I'm hoping for! So far I've been happy with this truck but I have yet to really test the 4x4, so I plan on doing that this weekend! I'll keep you posted with another video soon!
you have the same stripped down version i have let me guess you have the technology package i agree it should come with spray on liner phone charger by councel but i do still love it my weatherproof matts and stock matts i also go the backpacks with my package
Yea, I was pretty surprised it was so stripped down, but I guess it makes sense so they can make a more affordable pro4x. Those all weather matts help a lot! The backpacks are a nice plus! Enjoy your truck! I'll be posting some camping videos in my pro4x soon. Please like and subscribe! Thank you!
I bought it used, and it had minor issues. But the AC didn't work, the 4x4 wouldn't engage, and it had a bunch of surface rust. I didn't have the money to fix it and I barely drove it since the 4x4 was out and it was uncomfortable with no AC.
Yea you can never go wrong with a tacoma! Those older models are my favorite! But yea, I would rather have gone with a TRD pro, but that was way out of my price range haha
@stevemorrison2679 that's actually not to bad for a pro! Still wouldve been out of my price range in regards to the monthly payment, but to think you'll have everything you need and more with that TRDpro, that's not too bad of a price!
@@TheLos23 Still........it sure has been trending up in prices........ugh! Still love my 09........she's a got 125K.......who knows maybe 2026........lol!
I know!!! And looking back I definitely should've waited but my Tacoma had no AC and it was the middle of the summer and I was done with being in a hot truck lol
You can never go wrong with a Tacoma! I still think they're the best, but the Frontier is a good budget truck with similar qualities plus a nice touch with the interior! Enjoy that 🌮!
@@TheLos23 !! I will, Taco also been my dream truck, so I was also biased on that regard . The only other manual option was a Gladiator, and I wasn't gonna do that.

This was a huge reason I ended up going with Nissan. Tbh a lot of people feel the same way. Toyota had been regarded as the most reliable for years but as of lately, it doesn't seem like that. I think everyone is just stuck on Toyota being so reliable, but I think Nissan at this point is just as good! We'll find out, stay tuned! Don't forget to likenand subscribe!
I bet that fully loaded is nice! I don't use my 4x4 like I used to, but I like having it for peace of mind since I go to the beach often but I probably should have done that, I want that fender sound system!
how is it that yours didn't come with a hitch already included? i bought my Pro4X at Charlie Clark also and it came with it, also the spray bedliner and rail system was included, is that all they had in stock maybe?
Yea, I found out that the pro4x has different packages, and when I went, this is all they had. But I used all that to lower the pricing down. So I guess it kind of worked out but now I need to save up so I can add the bed liner!
The steering is called the good ol "Hydraulic steering. 😂" Newer trucks use Electronic steering which makes it much easier to turn. My wifes Honda Pilots steering wheel is super easy.
I knew for sure I got that term wrong, lol. Thanks for correcting me, haha. Yea, I feel like I'm going to rip the steering wheel off of my wife's pathfinder when I drive it now. I absolutely prefer this hydraulic steering on the frontier
Thats may favorite year! The interior is beautiful, but I'm used to older model jeeps and my 2015 Tacoma, which didn't have much, so maybe that's why I fell in love, lol
@@Sullivan09300youre talking about a new $40k truck, not a $60k canyon or colorado/taco lol. The interior is fine for the price point these trucks sell for. You want modernized screens? Pay the american mark up lol
I agree! Initially I thought it was way too stiff and I was kinda worried but after like a day of driving it, I got used to it, and to be honest, now I prefer it this way. My wife has also mentioned she prefers my frontier steering over her pathfinders.
@donays8241 yea thats why I made this video to show that the frontier has some really good qualities compared to a tacoma. But at the end of the day we all have different opinions and driving styles, also you can never go wrong with a tacoma but the sport trim is normally pretty bland, I'd choose the frontier pro-x! Whatever you decide, let me know now I'm curious!
Traded in a 2021 TRD Off Road Premium for a 2024 Nissan Frontier Pro4X Premium. Much nicer truck especially for the money, especially the interior. I was going to get a 24 Tacoma TRD Off Road but they jacked up the price over $10,000 for the same features I had before and no way I could justify it over the Nissan. Very happy with the truck. I do wish it sat a little more aggressively but it still looks great. Mine is white with black accents and basically every feature they offer including even an illuminated door sill that glows PRO4X. I literally could write a paragraph of all the extra bells and whistles…and all for $47k which is a steal by todays standards. Easily the best bang for the buck out there. I’ll note your primary cons are all the things it does come with just not necessarily standard but most do come with a receiver, tow package, bed lights, spray in bedliner, etc. so they’re not really cons, they’re just things you opted not to pay for.
Thats a good point they're not cons cause I did have the choice! Shoot, if I'm loving my truck, I could imagine how you feel with all the bells and whistles. I agree, these frontiers are nice and much cheaper than a Tacoma! Now we just have to see how the longevity of these trucks is. I almost drove off in a white one, but my wife talked me into getting the back color instead, I should have taken the white. Anyways, enjoy that truck! I have some more videos coming soon. I'm going to test out the 4x4 capabilities and some other stuff and post some more videos! If there's anything you're interested in seeing, let me know!
Get used to the tranny failing. Every Nissan I've had tranny goes, they never fixed it in 30 years.
Life time warranty in the tranny so let it's all good lol! I told yeh dealership I'd switch from Toyota to Nissan if they promised me reliability and they did!
Good move, badass truck, congrats!

How often do you drive up hill to notice a difference?
I don't very often, to be honest, but I'm going hunting this weekend, and I'm going to drive up some hills. I'll keep you updated! Don't forget to like and subscribe
My condolences for being a cowboys fan bro, on the other hand that truck is a beauty. Congratulations
🤣 that was a good one! Thank you!
I just bought a 23 pro4x and it is awesome
You're going to love it! I'm about to post a video of my first 1k miles woth this truck. But so far I still feel like I'm in the honey moon phase every time I get in and see the interior. I bought a 2024 pro 4x and I really like it, it does everything I need it to do 😊
You're going to love it! Enjoy that new truck! Please don't forget to like and subscribe!
@@TheLos23 Nah, no lift. All pro 4xs are lifted compared to the S, Sv and SL trims though. I cant remember by howmuch but its lifted already.
@@TheLos23Also I believe all Pro4xs already have a 9.5" (at its lowest point) ground clearance which is pretty high.

Yea thats smart! The new Frontier is looking nice! I highly recommend it, I keep finding different things that I like every time I drive this truck!
I'm not a huge fan of Ford but that ranger raptor is really nice
Nice new truck. Lots of new features. Plenty of space for kids while they're small.

The hydrolic steering makes it feel planted also if you put the truck in tow mode itll keep the gear longer
I really like the steering now that im used to it! I have yet to try the tow mode, so it's good to know. I'll check that out!
A great looking truck 🎉🎉enjoy

I have the 2wd pro x with the Bed liner fully loaded.
And you have an automatic transmission and not a CVT.
Is part of the VQ38dd family
Like the infinity and 370z
So yes you have a beast of a V6.
I feel the power when I drive it! I finally got to try the 4x4 today, but nothing crazy! I just wanted to feel the power when I have the 4WD engaged. I'll be posting that video soon!

i have a 2005 frontier with the 4 banger with 283,000 miles. when it dies i'm buying one of these
Dang 283,000 miles is a lot, thats awesome! How's that Frontier treated you?
They need to bring back the silver. I hardly ever wash my silver gen 2. Dirt doesn't show badly unless you get close.
@Art_of_Ramon I was just talking about that! My tacoma was silver and I rarely had to wash it, I feel like I've washed this truck more in a span if just 3 weeks lol
That's why they have the baja storm
@diegovn that Baja storm color is super nice! I would rather that color over the black any day!
I like tacomas but this is really nice with a better motor than the 4 turbo.
Yea tbh I really like my Frontier, I just really need a lift!
Nice truck 🚚, I think depends on the package you got, I think the convenience package has some options.
Thank you! Yea there's different packages like the technology package I just didn't want to buy a truck over 40k and although it would've been nice to have those acessories it wasn't necessary for me
Beautiful truck! Cant wait to see the future upgrades! - Rios
Thank you bro!
Love the orange and how it looks with the black.

Thanks for the details! Love your truck!
Thanks for watching!
That 2015 Tacoma you traded in was the most reliable last year of the 2nd Gen. how many miles did it have when you sold it?
I know, tbh I didn't want to, but it had issues with the AC 4x4 and a lot of rust on it and it was going to cost me a lot I didn't want to deal with all the issues. It had about 190,000. I had plan to keep that tacoma for ever 😢
@@TheLos23 Yeah can’t do much about rust.
I'm going to look for my taco videos and post a video here so yall can see it!
@@TheLos23 yes I would love that. 👍
Just put it in first gear n it will crawl
It has locking rear diff
Resale value..nissan wont be worth nowhere near as much as what a taco would be
@@Ben-q9c7p But will it function the same as crawl control as on the Tacoma?
But thanks for your comment. niiiice congrats on your truck! awesome road side emergency bag too! that’s cool
you went with the really good choice with the frontier if black, i would have gone with the Baja Storm, less chances of seeing the dirt lol went from my quicksand tacoma TRD Sport to a 2024 GMC Canyon AT4 , but now i see that the frontier is getting a new refresh maaan i shoulda waited haha but GMC Canyon has been good to me so far, has spacious leg room and rear ventilated seats. but it was between that and a frontier, but i just got a better deal for the canyon sadly charlie clark in my town didn’t have the options i wanted.
The front grill on the 2025 looks really nice! I highly recommend the Frontier. Even when I'm offroading I feel luxurious because of the nice interior!
@@TheLos23
Thanks.

Why did you get rid of the 2015 Tacoma?
I bought it used, and it had minor issues. But the AC didn't work, the 4x4 wouldn't engage, and it had a bunch of surface rust. I didn't have the money to fix it and I barely drove it since the 4x4 was out and it was uncomfortable with no AC.

Thank you! I'll have some better videos coming soon. Please like and subscribe!
I have the 2wd pro x with the Bed liner fully loaded.
I bet that fully loaded is nice! I don't use my 4x4 like I used to, but I like having it for peace of mind since I go to the beach often but I probably should have done that, I want that fender sound system!
@@TheLos23 I haven’t use it much
lol
how is it that yours didn't come with a hitch already included? i bought my Pro4X at Charlie Clark also and it came with it, also the spray bedliner and rail system was included, is that all they had in stock maybe?
Yea, I found out that the pro4x has different packages, and when I went, this is all they had. But I used all that to lower the pricing down. So I guess it kind of worked out but now I need to save up so I can add the bed liner!
Good info
@@ClaudiaPedraza-i4d thank you for the feedback!
Very nice!
Charlie Clark Nissian is a Rio Grande Valley Dealership!
Yes! Purchased I'm Brown Town Brownsville!
Has nothing to do with electric vs hydraulic when trying to compare steering feel. Go drive an older 90’s ford truck n you can turn it with your pinky
that interior looks straight out of 2015
Thats may favorite year! The interior is beautiful, but I'm used to older model jeeps and my 2015 Tacoma, which didn't have much, so maybe that's why I fell in love, lol
@@TheLos23 which is fine if youre paying 2015 prices, but youre not.
@@Sullivan09300youre talking about a new $40k truck, not a $60k canyon or colorado/taco lol. The interior is fine for the price point these trucks sell for. You want modernized screens? Pay the american mark up lol
How is the steering wheel?
I drove one and I felt it so heavy, what do you think.
I agree! Initially I thought it was way too stiff and I was kinda worried but after like a day of driving it, I got used to it, and to be honest, now I prefer it this way. My wife has also mentioned she prefers my frontier steering over her pathfinders.
@@TheLos23 nice.
I'm thinking to buy PRO-X instead of tacoma TRD SPORT
But I'm not decide yet
Please like and subscribe. I would greatly appreciate it!
Nice truck amigo!
🤙
Are the 2025s all new ??
Yea, im not sure if they're being sold already, but yes, they are brand new!
@@TheLos23 thanks. Congrats with the new truck
@on2wheels275 Thank you! Please don't forget to like and subscribe!
Ceramic coat it its really important with a black truck trust me its pricey but its worth protecting that paint
😲 I'm going to check that out cause this truck gets dirty quickly! I washed it last week, and I'll probably be washing it again tomorrow!
Any video of old tacoma
I actually do let me see if I can make a video with some clips I have of my Tacoma
Waiting gor the 25 pro4x this fall
Yea thats a smart move ! That truck is looking nice! I'm going to take my truck to the beach and test out the 4x4 I'll be posting that soon!
Nice truck
Thanks 👍
Nice truck
