"One more thing, Sofie... is she aware her daughter is still alive?" BOOM! That's how you do a cliffhanger!! 😎 Fun Fact: Despite being bleeped out in the film, the name of The Bride (Uma Thurman) is revealed on her plane tickets. Batter-Up Fact: The shot where the Bride splits a baseball in two with a samurai sword was done for real on the set. It was done by Zoë Bell, Uma Thurman's stunt double. Boom! Head Shot! Fact: When Chiaki Kuriyama (Gogo) was shooting the scene where she flings her ball and chain out, she accidentally hit Quentin Tarantino on the head as he stood by the camera. Casting Notes Fact: Quentin Tarantino originally intended to cast a Japanese actress to play O-Ren Ishii, but before casting began, he saw Lucy Liu's work in Shanghai Noon (2000) and immediately changed O-Ren into a Chinese-Japanese-American, so that Liu could play the part.
most will hate it but i love it...when an amazing scene happens in any movie, others will pause scream loudly try to explain rather than finish said scene . you however, let it play out than after the fact try to think and explain this "mess"..... 10/10 you earned a sub
For some classic katana action - the Samurai trilogy 1954, based on Miyamoto Musashi Anything by Akira Kurasawa, but particularly Yojimbo and Seven Samurai.
Uma's Stunt Double (Zoe Bell) was also the Stunt Double for Lucy Lawless in the TV series Xena: Warrior Princess. The Sushi/Sword Maker Hatori Hazo was played by Sonny Chiba who starred in a large number of Samurai Sword movies.
You should see Uma in her latest role, as the first female president in the movie, Red, White & Royal Blue. Would love to see your reaction to what I find is a stunning movie.
I practiced HEMA(Historical European Martial Arts) with a longsword for 10 years. Respect from a fellow swordsman! If you are ever interested in European martial combat, I highly suggest Fior di Battaglia(Flower of Battle), it's an Italian fencing manual from the 14th and 15th century. I found myself naturally favoring something called The Window Guard.
It was originally supposed to be one movie but ended up too long for realistic release so we got two out of it. Great reaction, looking forward to the next one.
The whole project was forced to be split into 2 films because of the studio's wishes. I'm still waiting patiently for a full Kill Bill release. You caught it at the turning black and white, the film was deemed too graphic in colour so they had to edit it out to not receive an NC-17 rating in the US. International release has the whole fight in colour. Enjoy Vol. 2, both are my favourite Tarantino story. -Sage
HI CUTIE I LOVE UR REACTION 😁 THIS A ACTION MOVIE CLASSY 🎥🍿 I KNOW MARTIAL ARTIST MYSELF I DON'T KNOW SWORD ⚔️ FIGHTING THO CONGRATULATIONS 👏 ON UR SWORD FIGHTING CUTIE 🥰🥰🥰🥰 AWESOME MOVIE 🎥
Pulp Fiction 1994, Django Unchained 2012, Inglourious Basterds 2009 and Jackie Brown 1997..just a few Quentin Tarantino Films...Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon 2000 is a good film with sword play in it,,
How can anyone watch a movie with big white flowers superimposed on the screen? I know you have to alter the image, but that's going WAY overboard. Thumbs down.

yeah its a rookie mistake to pause the movie, i just skip those utubers
Be honest, Millie. After this movie, you grabbed your katana and did a workout . . .
For some classic katana action - the Samurai trilogy 1954, based on Miyamoto Musashi
Anything by Akira Kurasawa, but particularly Yojimbo and Seven Samurai.
KB 1 & 2 are his best movies. Deathproof is his most underrated movie. It starts Uma's stunt double as herself, and it's amazing.
Tarantino's must-see movie is undoubtedly Pulp Fiction, however Django Unchained, Inglorious Basterds, Reservoir Dogs are also must-sees
That’s the list for sure
"The Time Traveler's Wife" a 2009 romance movie you might like.
You should see Uma in her latest role, as the first female president in the movie, Red, White & Royal Blue. Would love to see your reaction to what I find is a stunning movie.
True Romance, not directed but written by QT.
The man who played Hattori Hanzo was the legendary Sonny Chiba one of the most famous Japanese martial artists! His street fighter moves were great!

Copperhead: “hey baby, how was school?“
Nikki: “I’m Four”
The Bride: “Not well I see”
You'll like the next one..Kill Bill 2 ..
This movie is similar to the Shaw Brothers Martial Arts film "Lady Snowblood".
The movie that inspired the most people to take up martial arts is The Karate Kid, a great classic
I would like to suggest a reaction to A Hard Day's Night (1964) and Help! (1965), of course, with The Beatles. Great Channels. :)
Beatles block. A Hard Days Night is better film. Help! has a killer soundtrack and some great sequences but hasn’t held up well, imo.
Check out the movies Jackie Brown(1997), Training Day(2001), and From Dusk Till Dawn(1996).
Congrats on the achievement! 🏆
2nd dan is the highest rank YOU have achieved, go ahead and be proud!
Well the Quentin Tarantino movie you MUST watch is Pulp Fiction.

The Last Samurai - With Tom Cruise and Ken Watanabe is very good
Millie you received the church in the being on the film? If not it's the same one you see Slash in front of in the November Rain music video.
*Kick-Ass* but you've probably seen it already, great movie
Not only did Quentin Tarantino help change films but also society. Start with Pulp Fiction. Peace/JT
I just love you Millie.

How can anyone watch a movie with big white flowers superimposed on the screen?
I know you have to alter the image, but that's going WAY overboard. Thumbs down.
