Dude. There is just no way to say how impressed I am with your builds. You start with scrap wood that no one wants. You practice an unparalleled patience in cutting small parts, and piecing those parts together. Every part locking in with the others making the overall that much stronger. From flimsy 'trash' pallet wood, you made a beautiful hall tree that a gorilla could jump on and not damage!
Great craftsmanship, the combination of hand tools being used is very rare now days, people only use tools that have a battery attached to them , great prodjects beautifully finished,, great job sir.
Super beautiful and very sturdily made. I think the idea with the coat hook is extra cool. You often have super cool ideas that I should definitely keep in mind. Thank you very much
Like me... the hooks are amazing!!! Since years I'm looking for a special design or kind of hooks... I'm want to change an old stable door from 1935 into a wardrobe... and this hooks are perfect!!! He's the godfather of palettes and rusty nails!!! 👍👍🔨
Your creations are the 'go-to' to me when I don't need to think too deeply but just admire and relax, Jason.I'm not a woodworker myself so I can't mention particular parts in technical terms, but apart from your incredible wood and metal skills, your construction of the videos is spot on. I'm now watching most of your builds for at least the second time and never get tired of them. All the best, Ray.
As always, my admiration goes to you, what an amazing ability. I'm happy your channel grew, I wish more people would see what amazing things you can create from nothing.
Dear Sir... godfather of palettes and rusty nails... I'm no craftsman... I'm just a follower... and a totaly surprised fan of your works, your realistion... your ideas!!! Your hooks on your wardrobe are totaly stunning... and I hope you allow to copy them! I had no chance to find the right opinion... now I got!!! Thank you there for! Many greetings from Germany... best wishes to you!!! 👋
I so admire your work and the "waste not, want not" ethos behind it. I love the slow, studied construction with (mostly) hand tools. It gives me, and countless others, a great deal of pleasure to watch a true craftsman at work. So thank you.
I truly live for your uploads. Everybody has already said all the things better than I could have and I second all of them. One thing I'm curious about: is anyone watching his videos one of those snooty anti-reclaimed wood types who are nevertheless duly impressed by Epic Upcycling's work?
I USED to enjoy watching videos of people making stuff out of pallets. I would watch anyone's videos, and I was always inspired by what I saw to try and do the same. Then I watched this channel, and now I can't even look at other people's videos. Your quality of work just puts everyone else to shame. I'll see videos of some kid in L.A. saying he made $1000 off a desk (table) he made from pallet wood, and it's like, yeah, he sold to some pretentious know-nothing with too much money to burn that thought he was getting some high quality craftsmanship. Any one of these pieces you make, if sold to that same person would make 10 times that amount at least. I truly can't even look at those channels anymore. This is the only one I'll watch, because this channel shows true mastery of the craft.
I enjoy watching every woodworking video he makes, combining the use of traditional and some power tools to show that diy projects do not need the use of expensive and high tech gadgets to attain quality, work of art, durable and functional.
Although my skill amd knowledge isn't in the same game as yours, you've got me collecting pallets and copper. You put my mind into creative overload! I've got ideas also using leather for smaller far less complex objects and to trim pieces I already have and to hide my terrible corners on things I've already made. All the "wows" I've been getting so far are owed to you mate. Tonnes of thanks and respect from Australia 👍
Also, i know you do it on purpose, but I really love how you take us through a detail-oriented and time consuming step on camera and then show us you did that like 8 more times. These builds must take many workdays' worth of hours to complete. A joy to watch.
I don’t use pallets but I want that Tool. That’s awesome. I’m from England, I left there in 87 and came to the US. I am a “Trucker” and love it. The pallets over here are mailed with Ring Shanks and they usually break off at the head… they are a Bugger to get out. Great Videos Mate… you are a Master. Nigel.
I've watched many of your videos, some more than once. I can honestly say; "you are the UK"s version of Norm Abram. Your skill and precision ranks at the top".No one else takes scrap and pallets and , as you say, up cycles them into things of use and beauty. Another great build. ;-)
HAH! @ ~ 24:45 I had just watched you chisel those rabbets out. I reached for the keyboard to ask if you had ever considered making your own rabbet plane... And as I set the keyboard down to get started, there you ARE! Making your own rabbet/router plane! Well done!
Quelle belle surprise de tomber sur une de tes vidéos en ouvrant mon application, je cherchais justement une excuse pour ne pas travailler pendant une heure. Merci beaucoup =]
Thumbs up! Beautiful job! This was different for me in that I did not know where you were going or how you would get there. I was both fascinated and perplexed the whole time and loved every minute of it. Thanks.
You know, this thing I would not be ashamed of having in my hallwway. I mean, it might be too tall for it but the design is masterful. Also it is again made from simple pallets, recycling what other people would just throw away or use for firewood. So nothing new there then! 😉 Alwais exited to see where you take us next, keep it coming. 😀
It's a weird juxtaposition of emotions watching your builds. You inspire me to want to build new and amazing things but by God am I jealous of your skills. Love your work.
Fantastic woodworking skills resulting in a fantastic piece of usable furniture. Someone get this man a selection of battery tools. Milwaukee 12v range would be ideal❤
I could not see it, almost until the end. Words seem too flimsy to describe or congratulate you on your artistry and skill. Brilliant stuff. Inspiring. Thank you. 🙏🏼
I watch all your videos, often 2 ro 3 times. I'm pretty impressed with entire work. I don't know where you come up with grand ideas. Please more videos. You don't make enough of them. Thanks for sharing you make a lot of us happy.
My only statement is..."Another magnificent piece of work and we have all been bless to have you among us! Showing us so many ways our trash can be made into another's treasure. Thank you! I rejoice for the day you can to be!!!😘🎉🎉🎉☺
@@EpicUpCycling I truly mean it. My father was also one who took reclaimed w good an made items for his home and family. You remind me of his love for carpentry . 😊
I would be pleased as punch to have such a piece in my hallway. I wondered what you would make the hooks from. You did not disappoint. Ingenuity charges through. Thanks for a relaxing 40 minutes.
*Something fabulous !* *Each time at the beginning I try to imagine the end result, and I am still completely surprised.* *Bravo, master of the chisel and hammer!* 👏😊
Watching all of your videos has inspired me recently to get back into producing content on my channel. So I thank you for making such epic builds. One day I hope to have ALL of my videos as engaging as yours never fail to be 😁
This man's skillset is beyond belief. Carpentry, iron-works, metalworks, leather works, welding, metal lave turning, drafting, design, you name it, he does it, and at a skill level second to none. Folks, he's here visiting from a different time and place. For God sakes, I saw him make his own "dowels". When he made what looked like an 18th century Treasure Chest [Bluebeard would have be proud of] and, made the period lock and key to go along with it, from scratch, I was done, I was all-in. I couldn't click the like button quick enough. Did you see him recycle the sawdust/shavings from his workshop. His chickens are probably producing more eggs as a result. Amazing!!!! He's not from around here, people, his creations and abilities will be prized one day, as are those of great artisans from the past. I have two questions for you, Sir. What is your name and where are located?
Wonderful!!! The reverse of Attention Deficit Disorder. Your attention to detail is incredible. Every few months I re-watch your videos and enjoy them almost as much as the first time. More, more, more!!!
No blueprints, not even sketches, no explanatory talk- watching the creation of your masterpieces is always an adventure.

I think the lesson I have learned the most from watching these videos is "there's a tool for that".
Really wish I could like this more than once! just rewatched it again, never fails to impress me what you can do!
Brilliant. I especially liked the 'hooks'. All I need now is a hallway big enough. :)
