There are 6 Chateau sizes starting at 30 inches, 36, 48, 60, 65, and 71 inches. They are also completely customizable from their color to their cooktop.
However, La Cronue does not offer steam or steam assist cooking in the oven. It doesn't have the intuitive controls of many modern brands and is not WIFI enabled so you can't operate it from an app on your phone like many modern ranges. And starting at 27,500 for a 30-inch range La Cornue is the most expensive.

Have you ever worked with Lacanche? They allow larger ranges, but not full induction like the Le Chateau. Lower pricepoint but supposedly an excellent buy. Any insights?

Love the look. Beautiful ranges. La Cornue has better options, but Lacanche is worth considering.

Regarding the French top - you said the top is cast iron. It looks like it is stainless steel, unless you are talking about the interior of the burner. Can you please clarify. Thanks!

How does La Cornue compare to Officine Gullo or Rorgue?

We wouldn't be your best resource here as we have never done any business with either company.

If you're looking around at this quality level, you should probably consider Athanor as well.

Great video but I don’t see the link to the less expensive range. This oven costs as much as my car. Surely there is a more reasonable price with similar flair and care in construction...

Look for the Cornufe line that they make. We have a video on that as well.

I just got my custom La Cornue after months of waiting and it was not even the right color. Not only this, the tried to claim it was just a new name for the same color. I photographed the original sample next to the range and sent it to the retailer I ordered it from, and we all learned something about La cornue. They aren't above trickery, and they don't care if it inconveniences their customers because we are not usually able to turn away a range. It ruins our remodel project. But in my case, I said NO, TAKE it BACK, and I will not buy from them again. They have no integrity and think American customers are idiots, apparently.
