Don’t waste your money on the 15k range. We have a brand new one, the griddle gets up to 380 max in the center and 250 on the outside. The Heston service manager said it’s working as intended.🙄
Hestan seems to use stainless steel range top rather than porcelain. Do you think this is a positive or negative? Thanks. This video is extremely helpful.
i saw hestan in person it looked like something made in china to me. maybe i just got that sensation from their strange looking logo and strange sounding name. but that was the impression i got. i also think the display in handle is too gimmicky.

Great stove! Just absolutely brilliant! Service is such a huge issue with them. 7 months and my oven still isn’t fixed.

It's a personal preference. You have to be extra careful with stainless tops because of surface scratching.
