I'm considering moving from Arizona to Colorado. I'm originally from Sacramento California and I'm worried about being hated since I was born in California. Do you think this is a legit concern?
It's so funny how often we get this comment. There are SO many Californians in Colorado that you'll probably relate to a ton of people out here. On top of that, Coloradans are very welcoming in general and 50% of us are transplants from another state. Safe to say you will be welcomed here!
Trending to become higher priced. They just don't develop and build fast enough. Should be building taller buildings and start building out open spaces that were set aside that nobody uses. There is open spaces in Broomfield for example that nobody uses, trees don't grow that could be used to build 1000s of houses. Redtape makes it harder for builders and developers too.😂

In Flint Michigan where I’m at you can get a 3 bedroom house for 50 thousand. I don’t know how people afford to live there
