Thats because they debuted at the same time. So age doesnt matter that much. But with western artist, the oldest (for example Ariana) is the more experienced one.
a few criterias are the experience, the amount of languages a idol can speak, and then its a character thing within also trying to choose "the most mature one", because the leader has to also solve conflicts within the members. so its really so much more than just age
Very interesting concept, my only concern would be if Dua and Ariana would be able to keep up dance wise with Normani (unless the moves are very much simplified) . I feel like Doja has enough experience to match well. Other than that this was a fresh idea.

@noru She does produce, she produced her live album and basically her whole discography lol, producing is not what you think it is, is just coaching the people and perfecting the song, the real producers who constructs a song are the vocal producers like her, mixers, engineers, and of course without the producer wouldn't be possible but the others just deserve the same credit cause they are mostly the same in some point.
If Little Mix were a k-pop band among themselves, I think I'd do the positions like this. Jesy: lead dancer, lead rapper, vocalist. Leigh-Anne: main rapper, lead vocalist, visual. (+ maybe, leader) Jade: main dancer, lead vocalist, center. Perrie: main vocalist, fotg, maknae. (ot3 version): Leigh-Anne: main rapper, lead dancer, lead vocalist, visual. Jade: main dancer, sub-rapper, lead vocalist, center. Perrie: main vocalist, fotg, maknae.
2:57 Normani is a professional dancer, she can dance literally everything at perfection, no matter the genre or style, she nails everything with a flawless technique. Most Kpop dancers train to dance the styles of their group, but I doubt they could dance a tango, a paso doble or contemporary with the perfection Normani does. So Normani is above :)
I'd just like to point out that there are main dancers who had danced different styles and had danced way before joining a company like Ten, Winwin, Lisa, Momo, etc :). But Normani I'd say based on her own dancing style, is up there with Momo.
What ur referring to are called idol dancers but I will say that a lot of main dancers speicifally those who he mentions are actual dancers who were trained even before joining their respective companies and debuting in their groups

@SKY *-* selena can dance tho....if she has enough training she could even dance better than Jisoo...no hate to jisoo, she is a good dancer too but from what i have seen selena's dance actually has some elements even without enough training
