Yup. Been listening to this since it came out many a year ago. I forgot about this song and it came back to me a couple years back. Song hits deep. Always has been one of my favs.. Everlast is one of my favorites in general. I like all kinds of music but music that tells a story or makes you feel some kind of way, makes you think and reflect is always going to be my go too music.

Imho everlast is the greatest artist of my generation. From his self titled with rhyme syndicate to house of pain to his solo work all bangers and a multitude of styles. Noone from the hip hop generation has done it as long or as good

This was my song in 2007. I had made some money but all my family moved on in their own problems and I was alone. I came out of some bad places and was ready to move on and make my own life. It all came out great but back then I didn't know. This was my song, it really fit.
