I stumble back around to this song every few years, with so much more understanding of it. We got this everyone. We will make it through whatever is hurting us.

I totally understand this song! Growing up I was treated horribly in school! I did see other kid's being treated just as bad or worse sometime's but in HS it was just alway's about me! Now i see a bigger picture in World!
I believe the message of this music is: Never judge someone you don't know over something you didn't see with your own eyes. to have some compassion with other human beings. And that goes with my life philosophy - everybody fights for what they believe in. So How do you demonize a enemy who fights for whats right in his eyes? in the end we all want the greater good. So in the end, the fight becomes meaningless. A mere stone in our shoes that mankind needs to overcome. Very pretty song by the way.
The problem I have is that they have all these problems because of bad choices. It in not like they were injured in a car accident, got cancer, or their house burned down. Instead it was someone that put drugs and laziness above job, house, family..., another having unprotected sex, another hanging with gangs and pulling a gun... when he has a wife and kids at home. While I like the song personally and I might understand their situation, but I would have little sympathy for these people. They made the choices and likely will keep making bad choices until they hit rock bottom or die.
Good message behind this song you never know what anyone is going through and we should never judge anyone on how they look or come across you just never know what they have been through or are currently going through. Thing it really tells us all to not judge but look out for one another. Always thought a lot about this song.

Don't judge a man until you've walked a long way in his shoes. Шикарная песня, мало в настоящее время исполнителей которые все еще заботятся о смысле их песен. Long life to atvor! With respect to your work.
Great song, all of us don't really know others, even people close to us, empathy is a great human trait
💯❤️🔥
This is why I help people as much as I can! Drug addiction, Alcoholic, just plain homeless doesn't matter. This world is hard enough and to give back to the people makes me feels great !!

I was s homeless senior for almost a year. Somehow I made it out of that situation. I can now look into the eyes of the homeless and understand "what it's like". I always try to help.
Welcome to 2022. This song hits harder than it did back in the day. Hope they play this at my funeral. Never thought I still be around.

What a great video, I lost my Mom to alcoholism when I was 12 years old. I am now 60 years old and was married for 37 years and my Husband passed 2019 having pancreatic cancer at the age of 60. Crimany! I am still trucking, which is something. I love hearing songs that have so much meaning to them. Please don't stop writing songs Everlast! Hugs and much Love Kathy Hallberg
This song is timeless.
Crazy how you listen to old songs you used to jam to but only actually pay attention to lyrics and really get it later in life. Mind blown.
Yes exactly it’s freaking crazy. I was like damn. This is surreal
There is a difference between "hearing " and "listening ". I learned that years ago, that's what brings us here.
