She is dead in on about the homeless. Let’s face it 90% of them are homeless for a reason they spend all their money on drugs. The guys I see walking around are all capable of working. She’s got my vote 100%.
It does seem as if she is biased with developing. But Denver is growing. And some things need to be developed in a sensible way. Only time will tell if it turns out for the better
Probably the most experienced but I just worry she’ll somehow cave in to her former employers/business interests. I have not crossed her off my list, yet, though.
And here I thought journalism was dead. Nice interview 👌
She’s the best candidate for Denver.
I bought an affordable townhouse in Central Park. I never imagined that id be able to live in such a great community in a beautiful house

She is a product of developers through the Chamber of Commerce. She will not tell developers no
Unfortunately, we need developers to assist the City in providing additional housing.
Good.
Very well spoken lady, articulate and smart, nice interview Kyle.
Just because she’s well spoken and smart doesn’t mean she’ll be good at running the city on a daily level
I agree. Currently she’s my second pick. if she can explain how to address the missing middle without rent control she has my vote.
A sheep in wolves clothing
How?
