- Incredible freediving movie by artist Emma Critchley and freediver Liv Philip (you won't believe how low her heart rate goes)
Emma Critchley is an underwater photographer, filmmaker and artist. She has over ten years experience in the water working on short films, feature documentaries, music videos, editorials and commercials.
One of her regular and most extraordinary subjects is Champion Freediver Liv Philip.
Liv Philip broke the UK dynamic (swimming), no fins (bare feet) record in 2011 by swimming 111m underwater in a pool on a single breath. Liv has been the British Freediving champion 8 times and was a Depth World Championship medalist in 2013.
This collaboration features a slow motion interpretation of the feelings and concentration that occur during a freedive. Listen out for the recording of Liv's heart beat and how it slows to an incredibly low rate over the duration of the dive.

Inspiring !!!
As a matter of opinion, I think that you had the camera a little too close. Personally I like to see the shot a little further away so I can see more and get some perspective of what is going on. Yes, she is pretty, yes, she has nice complexion, yes, that is a nice wet suite but I cannot see what she is doing.
Or any of the songs, I would be grateful for info.
Anyone have name of the first song?
Does the nose clip makes any difference?
