- The railways of Sodor all adopt a volunteering program to help the homeless get some work experience, but one of these volunteers proves to be trouble for the Skarloey engines. Peter Sam is the only one who takes a liking to him, and sets out to make him a better worker.

I feel kinda sorry for him, but I'm hoping he's living a happy life now. Nice that Peter Sam tried his best to give Simon a chance though.
I feel more sorry for Peter Sam than for Simon. Didn't know what he was getting himself into... His heart may be in the right place, but his brain has a few bugs in it.
Imagine if someone Darth Vader had been in charge of the slate quarry. He'd have suffered no nonsense from the likes of Simon.
Great story, but Fantastic Mr. Fox sounds as if he needs a new microphone.

To be honest, this felt really weak and was really confusing. I would have changed a few bits here and there.
So what felt weak about the story, and what would you change about it?
Noice work, man! BTW, when r u going to get some American locomotives? I know there are a lot of choices, but the top three I recommend are the NYC Niagara class S1b #5500, an N&W Y6b, and the USATC S160 consolidation.
