A miniature 4-4-2 Atlantic type locomotive? Nice!! Though I prefer the 4-6-2 Pacific type, namely the London and North Eastern Railway's A1, A3 & A4 Classes, designed by Sir Herbert Nigel Gresley, then the Chief Mechanical Engineer of said Railway.
I enjoyed this episode, and I do like the voices you've given the characters. It was well-written, too. That scene where Eliza starts out with that first passenger train, and we see the passengers from her perspective, was nicely done. The accident scene was rather chilling. Your use of the facial expressions on Eliza and the other engines was spot-on, too. If I may offer some feedback, the engine's voices may need to be a bit louder, compared to the background music and sound effects.
Eliza's a very interesting character and her design makes her stand out being based off a standard gauge engine. I'd love to see her interact with Alice at some point.
Brilliant episode! I have seen miniature replicas of every famous British standard-gauge engine via images, but it's great to see one on the Arlesdale Miniature Railway. I also love the message Mrs. Duncan gave to Eliza (No. 3), as it does reflect the problem people have with anxiety, and kinda reminded me of T1E2H3's Painful Memories. Looking forward to the next episode!
Very true though T1E2H3's painful memories was on another level and henry had more of trauma that was triggered through something rather than having anxiety directly after the accident.
I hope Bert doesn’t have too against Eliza, but a well written story, hopefully looking forward to seeing Rex in the next story featuring an upcoming Arlesdale story. In other words, What Mrs.Duncan taught No.3/Eliza a very brave lesson which hopefully others might see sense.
I grew too old for the Awdry books - had an embarrassing telling off, aged 8 or 9 by a librarian, long before the Arlesdale line stories, so I never read them - so this makes a nice introduction. When I saw No 3 was an Atlantic I immediately thought of Count Louis, the old Fairbourn Rlwy loco (which apparently still exists somewhere). No, she's an Great Northern Ivatt large boilered Atlantic. And, coincidentally, Fairbourn at one time had a very accurate Great Northern Stirling single to pull their trains. Very enjoyable indeed, and your graphics are better than ever.
That was a very sweet episode. No. 3 arriving to help, but then having problems of her own whilst pulling passengers. I loved how the Small Controller's wife helped her overcome her fear and I am pleased No. 3 is now a part of the railway. RosietheCutie1995 was a perfect choice to voice her :D.
This was a great episode, I really enjoyed it and WildNorWester/Dan did such a great job with Eliza's model and this episode gets a 10/10. You have also earned yourself a subscriber.
I get anxiety from a large loud group of people I'm good most of the time but I have my moments which I do struggle with, none of us can figure out why i have suddenly become like this.
Well, it's about time! I've been waiting for this! (And to think my lines couldn't make it past that brief email communication crisis.) Did what I could to make Bert sound as indignant and insensitive as possible. After all, this is a railway, not a theater for actors to get stage fright. RosietheCutie never stops being this cute with certain parts. Two thumbs up to her. You're doing very well with musical cues and timing, but there are still some camera angles you could try while in the middle of long lines.
Maybe, he'll write an episode about how Eliza made friends with Sigrid Of Arlesdale and the Blister Twins. However, she tried to make friends with Frank, but, the grey diesel would too grumpy and impatient to be her friend. Eventually, he ended up in an accident at the quarry and Eliza came to his rescue. Frank would then be scolded for his bad temper and came to respect Eliza.
A lovely character, and a great story! a shame other's can't use the model, but I get it. makes sense, she's your character, you commissioned the model, you have every right to keep it for yourself.
I don't take requests so please don't ask. Ive been asked so many times if I'm going to make a video about Bert saying sorry at the end of the day it's my decision so I may decide to do it I may not depends in what kind of mood I'm in and if people keep asking I may just leave it open ended and not do it all and just leave it as it is
1:37 I don’t think a miniature engine like that exists? It looks like a shrunken down version of Henry painted blue in the RWS. Look, she even has a number 3!
Great story! I think the backstory could have been a little more tragic though. But what is it with you and using private models. It just makes you angry and jealous and it distracts from how good the episode is.
A miniature Atlantic, and WNW voicing on another channel? Not even 3 minutes in, and I'm loving this
WNW has done plenty of voice-acting on other channels than his own.

That was great! :D Happy to voice Eliza for you! ^^
You did an amazing job with her voice. She will be returning again soon
Great job on voice Eliza. Story was amazing as well.
RosietheCutie1995 Yeah your Voice is beautiful
You did excellent

WildNorWester when are going to make more videos
@@1stPeacePrize456 I'm not.
Mr.Wester are you talking a break from UA-cam for a while. I am just wounding you don’t have to reply if you don’t want to
@@WildNorWester well your videos were great while they were still being made

Or Gordon, in case she has a trip to the works. Then it would've been funny to see what his reaction would be.
I must say Atlantic's are the most grateful locomotives whether it's big or small, real or model they are the most beautiful locos

Rosiethecutie did a great job voicing Number 3/Eliza, and Bert's voice actor did a HILARIOUS job on him!

What a great story for an OC character like Eliza. 10/10

Smashing Aaron! Thanks for letting me voice!

What a great story! Of all the things to happen: a human counselling an engine! If only! (Engines can counsel humans in some ways, too!)
Keep up the great work! Can’t wait till Rex returns!
I gotta say, even though Eliza's model is private, Wildnorwester did a great job making her.
Indeed, just as good as his other models, he's got a good number of high quality models on his site.
Nice touch useing an Atlantic c1 for this story.
Lovely job. Its an interesting concept and nice to see wildnorwester voice more in other stories. (Seeing how busy he is and all)
this is a nice story with a interesting character I liked that she was named Eliza at the end of it after mrs duncan.
This was amazing! You did a great job

Yay another episode this is great I love ur channel :D
wait isnt that pre rebuild henry
edit: oh wait its just a minature c1
This was nice good quality too.
She looks like a mini gnr Atlantic 😊
AGREED!!!!
Oh like the sif engine that looks like an engine but is a diesel called alanta
I'm loving this video!!!
one issue
the opening narration has sound mixxing issues, the narrator was too quiet
Eliza is a mini version of Alice
isn't Bert supposed to be one of the kinder, and more patient engines?
Nathan Le Yes, he should be. Frank, Mike, or even Jock would have been better, but beggars can’t be choosers!
I think Shunter wrote Bert so that he became more hot-headed after his rebuild.
Maybe, he'll write an episode about how Eliza made friends with Sigrid Of Arlesdale and the Blister Twins. Fantastic story. Well done
I like the idea of making Eliza a GNR C1 in miniature.
if you look at eliza's wheels i dont think the texture is there or something
Eliza looks like a shrunk standard gauge.
Beautiful engine
Awesome episode!
*Blue Smol Version Of Emily 😂*
Good show to WildNorWester on the model!
FUN FACT: one of my friends is called Eliza
Great job as always, ShunterProductions. Also, I was curious about Eliza's basis; I don't think I've ever seen an engine like her before.
She is based on a GNR C1 Atlantic locomotive, just like alice from Wildnorwester.
Good job with this video
Eliza & Bert.
How about that for a new episode?
Amazing! I’ve been looking forward to this for the longest time. :D
There, now u got 1k likes. Because you've earned it!
Good story mate.
No. 3: I was pulling a train filled with students
Video: *shows a man with a beard*
Wow Its just like if awdry had written it
Nicky done dude you inspire me
Mini version of a GNR Atlantic Class
The aqua blue engine looks like a small C-1 Atlantic
Very Well Done
What happened to our green boy Rex?
He was sent to the works after a careless driver in 'Rex Runs Dry' damaged him
@@evanclarke5561 oh that explains it thanks
Great story
nice video but why are elizas wheels missing textures in the middle
1:37 I feel like something happened.
Is Eliza based on a miniature version of a c1 Atlantic
Brilliant episode Shunter, and is it just me or does that engine design look like Alice in miniature Gage form
well she mite not have been comfortable around passengers after what happened on her old railway
Hi there Shunter Productions can you make that video where Bert apologizes to the the new engine from season 1 episode 7 thank you.
I don't take requests so please don't ask. I wonder if Eliza and Alice Are sisters just different sizes
Are you ever gonna use this character again or is it gonna be like one of those once appearing characters thing
Is Eliza a smaller version of a c1 Atlantic?
So... are we ever gonna hear about Lady and her adventures
Eventually
Why does Henry, Alfred have the number 3🤔?
What is the type of the engine (Anxious Engine)
Is there any way I could get in touch with RosietheCutie1995? Just enquire about voice acting?
Jock's voiced by Narrow Gauge
she looks so like an Atlantic but I like it
Why does she look like a GNR C1 Atlantic?
Thats what she is based on a miniature Atlantic C1
@@ShunterProductions she is either a Bassett & Lowke class 10, 20, 30. They are based off GNR Atlantic C1s
1:37 I don’t think a miniature engine like that exists? It looks like a shrunken down version of Henry painted blue in the RWS. Look, she even has a number 3!
Engines like that do exist ya know. For example there is a miniature version of the FLYING SCOTSMAN. And mini versions of other classes in britain
There are steam locomotives that are her size. Her class are known as little giants. Built by Bassett Lowke
LiOnAlLEGOKing2006 there is a engine just like Eliza, it is count Louise who is at the Kirklees light railway
And where did u get the arlesburgb station route
I'm beta testing a new route it's not released yet
Love it
On That's a mysims reference because their a character named Eliza and she's a psychiatrist
I've never seen that. Just a coincidence
Whoa i didnt realiz butterfly coffee was in this one
Amazing
Bert and Mike's personallys are switched.
Nice.
Hang in where’s Rex?
Where is poor little rex?
Did you get the aresdale engines from WildNorWester? Really hoping you didn’t
This was from before his site closed and he made Eliza model
ShunterProductions aw man do you know anywhere else I can find aresdale railway engines?
Why want the passengers to be left alone?
Yay new video
Who made the arleaburgh route
Is Eliza based on an Atlantic class from the Great Northern Railway?
She is indeed.
She looks like she is based off of a GNR C1 large Atlantic
I would say Synolda, the Atlantic based at Ravenglass since, Arlesdale is based on Ravenglass railway.
Yes
Yes!
Great story! I think the backstory could have been a little more tragic though. But what is it with you and using private models. It just makes you angry and jealous and it distracts from how good the episode is.
The Soundtrack for this episode can be found here: ua-cam.com/video/1OFhK0NQdSU/v-deo.html
Wait where was rex??
Pretty Atlantic.
Wait What narrow gauge is jock!
I agree
It is a c1 Atlantic but smaller
What real life class of miniature engine is Eliza based upon?
She is a scaled down c1 Atlantic no exact basis but close in resemblance to Synolda
I was figuring she was a scaled down GNR Atlantic C1, still great video though!
Think you forgot to credit someone...
Cool
Will Bert say sorry to Aliza in ep7
Not in ep7 as it will be a completely different story but he will
I meant in ep8
It looks like Alice's model
