The funny thing to me is.. Do you remember 2014? Ducks routed FSU and Urban Meyer was quoted “Oregon won by 40?!”.. That got Ohio States full attention and they came out hungry and motivated.. But you have to remember that the defensive back Burke who got repeatedly burned by Oregon in the first game and all year long as well is no longer starting for OSU. Now do I think a two loss OSU team should be favored over an unbeaten Oregon team? Absolutely not, Oregon should be at least a 1 point favorite.

You're wrong on one major thing- Howard doesn't handle pressure well at all plus when he gets nervous and has to make plays in order to stay or win close games he makes mistakes. DG does very well statistically in big games, has won more big games and against tougher opponents than anything Howard has. It isn't even close.

DG does very well statistically in big games, has won more big games and against tougher opponents than anything Howard has. It isn't even close.

As usual, you always pick against the Buckeyes in big games. Let's see if you are right this time. I do agree that this should be a great game that goes down to the wire. Hopefully with a better ending for Ohio State this time. Looking forward to where Oregon seems headed with their coaching staff and recruiting / transfer portal success, I think they will be one of the toughest teams year for year. Just an outstanding job they have done in Eugene.

Love how gets brought down to the last play! But everybody forgets Oregon picked Howard on the first drive but officials blew it so take off the first 7 points way different game!
Yeah let’s also forget the one in a million onside kick, the 12 man on the field time runoff play and the bogus OPI call that may have very well prevented a game winning field goal the other way. We can sit here and talk about what should have been called or not called all day long. Game was close last time and could have gone either way. That’s what happens when the top 2 teams play each other.

I’m just not sold on Ohio State for beating a overrated Tennessee team at home without its two best players.
@@Brandontheduck go ahead and re-read my comment. Nowhere was I making excuses, rather, trying to shoot down excuses in general. Ohio State has a major mental block when it comes to Michigan. They didn’t lose because Michigan was a better team they lost because their intellectual game was absent (both coaches and players). You’re a Duck fan clearly, and I hope that both OSU and the Ducks come to play with their best come new year. If they do, it will be a hell of a game and it could go either way.
@@Brandontheduck oh and BTW, Tennessee wasn’t overrated before they played OSU as many predicted them to outright beat OSU. Also, even if they were completely healthy with all of their players the result would have been the same. OSU would have beat anyone that stepped on that field that night with how they were playing period.
