Leonard Moore a true freshman and already a lockdown #1 corner. Anyeas Williams been making big plays as a 3rd down back all year and was big again last night another true freshman. KVA all over the field making plays another true freshman. Knapp at LT a true freshman. Bryce Young looking good at DE as a true freshman and the crazy thing is he is like or 4th or 5th best freshman player. I dont remember what we were ranked last year in recruiting, 9 or 10 or whatever don't matter because all these guys have already proven they are legit star caliber college players. That's before we get to other guys who looked real good in mop up duty, guys who "looked the part" but haven't gotten real burn in the playoffs. I mean guys like Kedron Young at RB, Urlacher at Safety. This team loaded with talent no matter what these kids were ranked as recruits. I feel very confident already saying Moore and Traore will be 1st round picks in this freshman class. Then add guys like Knapp, KVA, Young they have that 1st round potential too if they keep developing.
Entire offensive line, all running backs, all linebackers minus Kiser, both starting corners and safety will be back next year. The top 2 d ends come back from injury. Gotta replace Leonard Cross Watts Mills but the cupboard is FULL! Coach Freeman is just getting started

The RBs are loaded. The oline is loaded. The WRs will look much better next year with a better passing QB we will see Faison and Greathouse post alot better numbers next year no matter which one of our QBs wins the competition in spring. Preach it man.

I love how mediocrity is good now. ND was about winning championships, until now? Kelly took ND to a BCS championship game, and 2 CFPs. Freeman is an excellent coach and the Irish have a great roster outside of the QB position. Which is why they won't beat Ohio or Texas. I don't want to diminish the accomplishment because it is a great one, but the idea of any blue blood program getting to the playoff or a final is enough makes no sense to me.

We got 5 true freshman that have 1st round NFL potential (CB Moore, DE Traore, DE Young, LB Viliamu-Asa, OL Knapp). Thats not counting Anyeas Williams because RBs don't really go 1st round but he a stud too. THATS just our Freshman not counting guys like Safety Watts, RB Love, OL Jagesah, OL Craig. I've watched Notre Dame for 30 years, basically every play for 30 years, and seen alot of good players come through. this is by far our most talented team since Lou Holtz was coach winning Nattys. I loved Kyren Williams who is a top 10 NFL back now and Love is just as good if not better. I loved Hamilton at Safety he is all pro in NFL right now and Watts right at his level. I loved Joe Alt who is already stud in NFL and Jagesah look just as good as Alt. I love Benjamin Morrison who was a fresh AA DB but is hurt right now, Leonard Moore is just as good. If you created an "all star" team of all the best players from the decade Brian Kelly was coach this team would be just as talented. We got 5 linebackers who see the field that will make NFL rosters. Guys who don't even see PT except in blowouts already more than passed the eye test. Wait until you see Urlacher kid at safety next year.
