@d It's true. Been confirmed by official tweets and all. But I think it may not be as costly as you think. It could just be one scene in space. Still expensive, but not as exorbitant as you make it out to be. Also, the definition of space is rather loose. It could be a high altitude scene, like the "space jumps" a couple of people have done. Edit: Though probably further out since SpaceX is making this happen.

@@Hillgrov Instead of ignoring/pretending something important didn't happen, it addresses it outright without being long-winded/depressing. It asks the question that is in everyone's head and gives a satisfying answer. It's not trivial. That's a skillset any leader wishes they had. Which to me explains why his movies are so successful.

Right. And I would really like Tom to read this poem of mine.
I am the author of this poem.
      Closed doors and still
      And an empty corner
      When unfulfilled dreams
      Getting out of hand.
      Walk from corner to corner
      In diamond tears
      In shaking of hands
      Before eyes is mist...
      Mist before eyes...
      Breath get shallower
      One thought is bad
      Chasing other.
      Gloom under the eyelids
      Breath get shallower
      And with thoughts
      Closer.
      An hour a day,
      Breath get shallower
      What to do with oneself
      When will be all over?

this June, in typical dad joke fashion, I promised my teenage kids that we'd be going on a Summer Cruise once school got out.
I quickly clarified that it meant we would be watching Tom Cruise movies ALL summer.
At first, there were a lot of groans and complaining, especially with all the right moves, taps and risky business but right around color of money and born on the 4th of July, I could see I was winning then over. It's been interesting to watch his older movies again, his skill has improved so much but he's always had the natural charisma and charm you see in this video.
My family went crazy for Minority Report and loved the MI series. They constantly asked - "what's our Cruise destination tonight"?
we just watched Top Gun and next up is the grand finale:
    TG Maverick!
Cruise is officially the household favorite actor now but we all have different favorite movies.

He is like the Sun, which no one notices, because it is always there. Like health that is always there and you can rely on. I did not notice him all my life too until I recently saw that he is an inspiration point for most of the great people on our planet. And yes, I think he really is the most perfect person I've ever seen.

Seriously, I never understood why people hated this guy so much. He had to work VERY hard to get to where he currently is, and he deserves EVERY ounce of fame that he is getting. He isn't arrogant, though he may have strong beliefs. He just was and still is a man with a dream, and guess what? HE ACCOMPLISHED HIS DREAMS!!!!!

He gets most hate bc of Scientology and because that’s a shady religion, but then again, their „core belief“ (if they still believe in that) is actually not a violent religion. And everyone says he’s kind and easy to work with, and I believe he’s very consistent in his acting and very devoted to doing his own stunts and all that. Great actor, and unless he harms someone, he can believe what he wishes.

Tom Cruise needs to stop doing so many sction films and get back to doing great character dramas, such as Vanilla sky, Magnolia, BOTFOJ, Rain man, Collateral, Last samuri, jerry maguire. He would've been great in flight or up in the air!

I'd always admire Tom Cruise as an actor. He does most of his stunts and make great movies. People may not like him because of scientology but that doesn't make him a bad person. He'll always be one of the beautiful faces in Hollywood.
