i dont understand the basic rules for the and1 game...does the ref let them know before the game that "hey you can travel and it's okay." or do they only count the fouls?

I would cross that guy up jus as bad 2. i mean its cool 2 play against defenders that aremt ballerz n jus mess w/ them, but when u hav a game thats set up isnt the point 2 play against other ballerz? maybe im wrong n som1 booked him 4 it.
