Phillips Park and Blackley's reserve pump responding to an Automatic Fire Alarm next to Manchester Central Fire Station.
Phillips Park is currently housing Blackley's Pump for the next 18-24 months whilst Blackley Fire Station is being rebuilt. This is the first time Phillips Park has been a 2 pump station in over 8 years!
