- I love the Samurai Star Wars figures and having collected a few, I needed a diorama for them to live in then Boylei Hobby Time suggested a collaboration on a kitbash Star Wars droid. I knew exactly what was needed!
Check out my collaborators - they have some excellent droid builds!

Looks absolutely INSANE
Thank you!
Hi Kathy, Bob smacked looks fantastic, love the star wars, (and you keep your hands clean) All the Best Brian 🤗😎
fantastic, the stormtrooper samurai look like actual samurai. the black figure reminds me of shredder from tennage mutant ninja turtles.
Super cool!
Really getting a Darlek vibe, love it!!
I love the Samurai theme! Great work!
Thanks so much. I love your diorama. So cool! Great fun collabing with you.
Absolutely brilliant! Great work Kathy. :)
Awesome build Kathy!
Thank you! 😁 I have a coaching session now so all of yours are going to be this evening's viewing.
Really great build!
Hi Kathy, this is not something I am familiar with, but as always, the finished results are stunning, one of the joys of our hobby is when we have the opportunity to buddy up with other modellers on a project,(teamwork makes the dream work), I haven't been doing a lot of modelling lately, working nights and the flight-training have kinda taken over, but I will do something worth putting on UA-cam before long (promise), anyway, as always, stay safe, all the best from Scotland, Stephen.
The work you put into the diorama/background room is impressive and the result is awesome!
That’s really clever
Love this so much!! Very nice!
that droid looks very murder-y 😱 ace modelling though😁
Amazing and incredible!
Looks really evil…and cool!
Thanks - it was so much fun to do!

Greetings from Chile.
Thank you so much!
Very cool build, Kathy! I love the collab! I’m also a big fan of Boylei!
Wow that's great stuff
truly beyond the norm
espectacularrrrrrrrr
Another wonderful build!
Thanks Ryan
Thank you.
Came by you channel via Smugglers Room & RBB. Great build…I subbed
Thanks!
Amazing build! Such a great outcome! Love the little guy... Its kinda surreal appearing in one of your videos having watched quite a few haha! Great working with you 👊👊
James It has been a blast and I loved working with you!
Also has a real Dalek vibe to it, nicely done.
Awesome genre mashup & kitbash Kathy!! Its amazing how well Samurai and Star Wars works together. I love the droid and the dojo, I am hoping that you have another video showing the creation of those other figures. That Bobo Fett and the stormtroopers are really wicked cool!!
I have heard of your skills and talent from other makers on YT, but haven't seen any of your videos (till this one). Based on this one alone I am subscribbing and off to look for other inspirational videos of yours.
Great stuff, thanks for sharing, stay safe and keep on keeping on!!
The other figures are bought as is so I can take no credit there!
A most impressive build, you've been subbed
Stunning build. So imaginative and well executed.
Gluing the tip of the string and letting it set now seems so simple and obvious! But I have never considered it. I'll have to call you Jedi Master Millatt
I’m honoured!
Outstandingly cool! If you haven't seen it yet, the "Star Wars: Visions" series has a very strong samurai vibe; I think you might get a kick out of it.
I did see it and that was a cool episode.
Love it wish you had showed me how you went from internet photo to templete for the walls
Bring a jpg in to the Brother software and trace it. That’s all there really is to it.
wonderfully done! I always use "Dymo" tape for those label makers as scribing tape. It has a nice thick edge, can be used around curves and is cheap and readily available.
I’ve heard that a lot but this was a similar price when I looked and I like the lines on it.
My black always lets through a portion of light. I just glue bits of alu foil on the backside for stuff like that!
That’s a great tip, thanks!
@@KathyMillatt I actually wrote that yesterday, but I was jumping between accounts, so I guess it got lost xD
That’s YT!
@@KathyMillatt I think I just forgot to click the button.
Is that the rumoured N1-NJA droid?
Nice kitbash!
Nice name!
Kathy to be a bit "me to-ish" (from all the prior accolades) great idea and modeling. -----now where 'd I put all those cocktail sticks? mumble, mumble😁
Can you do that to me ahsoka or Anakin is terrified of it
I love the work, especially the way everything turns out, which looks incredible BTW, sadly, its also very complicated and long winded, maybe if you could kit bash the arms and legs from old models as this is scratch building
I don’t have a load of old model kits sitting around with suitable arms and legs so I had to scratchbuild. I would have loved just to pick up a set already done!
Fantastic build Kathy, thank you, I can just see R2D2 squaring up to this droid for an epic show down, do you have a name/number for your droid?, also your chapter titles are perfect, you have brightened up my Sunday afternoon.
I don't have a name - evil imperial droid is about it right now. Any suggestions?
@@KathyMillatt Oh flip, I'm terrible at things like that, Think this is one for everyone to work on, put it out there your droid needs naming, did come up with KA20 (Kato) or NIJA (Ninja).
I feel your pain but those are both good.
@@KathyMillatt Thank you,
N1-J4 would work well
It follow the typical astromec naming convention and has a nod toward Ninja that you mentioned.
Wonderful build, I have just watched Boylei hobby’s build too.
I have some droid kits in my stash so may do a kit bash again soon, I am currently printing the Mando from Gambody that you did, but on the little Mars 2 so can only get it to 140% scale.
I live in the UK and was wondering where you purchased the led filaments from, the ones I bought aren’t working very well.
Can’t wait till the next video 👍🏻
Thanks a lot! The Mando is so much fun and I hope you enjoy it as much as I did. I buy LEDs on Amazon or AliExpress. I used to buy a lot of the really tiny ones from LEDBaron on ebay too.
Turtle 6
Amazing work! One different note... knowing your other interests, have you seen the model railway at Trago Mills in Devon?
Hi James and thanks. I haven’t been to Devon in years I’m afraid.
@@KathyMillatt well if you get a chance to visit check it out, largest or one of the largest in the UK. Some really cool models in it.
@@BritishBeeMan will do.
Just
a comment for the algorithm.
Well, I'm going to bluddy well watch this over just to stick it to Zoozyn Wakkibakki. Eat my rewatch, you Caliharidan Toob-Fyerrer!
Not to mention I often rewatch Millattubings, so, all good.
Took a moment to realise I'd set YT to .75% playback to watch some hyperactive kids babbling about war, but some might say the OGKM sounds a bit more Frostruppy this way. Not sure if that's a bad thing.
No, you're wierd.
