A few things I forgot to mention about the shoes: Width - These shoes feel good for a wider foot. A lot of newer shoes feel really narrow to me so I'm glad these shoes are comfy and wide for me. They feel like a size D-E width. Size - These shoes are pretty true to size. I normally wear 10.5 with other brands of shoes and that was perfect for these too. For reference I get vans a lot and the same size fits for me. Toe cap - These have a more squared off toe cap so I think that helps with the width and comfort. Your foot doesn’t feel pinched to a point like some other shoes. Let me know if there is anything you want to know about these shoes and I will do my best to give you a good answer.
Haha, whatever works. I used to try putting tape over the hole on the inside of the shoe and stuffing it with toilet paper to get the padding back a little and then I would shoe goo over everything on the bottom 🤣. It always fell apart in a couple days, but it helped a little.

The 440 highs are still a popular shoe and are still being sold. This is the brown Tom Knox color way but not every single version of 440 highs are discontinued and they are all basically the same shoe.

I used to tape up the toe box which did nothing for grip or board feel but ay least it covered the hole at the bottom of my shoe.
